Have not been to outback in years, so thought we would try it. I ordered my steak well and had to send it back twice and my spouse cut into the potato and there was a large hard black spot. Staff or manager didn't even offer to take anything off the bill and even forgot to take the blooming onion off. Service was slow and didn't come back to check. I will not be back.

When we first arrived at the restaurant we were hit with an odd smell. We were seated in a booth by the restrooms. The longer we sat there the stronger the smell got. At some point t during out meal there was several people in an out of the restrooms. The smell got so strong that myself and the other members of my party began to lose our appetites. One member of my party started complaining of a headache. Other than the smell our experience went pretty well. Our waiter was quick to take our order. The drinks came out quickly. The food was hot. Most of our meal was delicious. I do not recommend the macaroni and cheese. Even with some salt and pepper, there wasn't much flavor to it.Dietary restrictions: This restaurant offers a gluten free menu.

Twice for lunch. Said 10/15 min each time. Waited over 30 min each time. Checked back and said it would be another 15 min. So we left both times. Counted 7 empty tables and booths the whole time we were there.

Ordered to pick up. Bowl of soup was missing, drove back, gave me a cup, not a bowl. Dip for chicken wings was missing too, despite that they asked me, what dip I want. Steak tasted terrible, meat was old, no salt, no pepper. Ribs also were old. Anyway, the order was ruined,as well as ,the rest of the day. Don’t recommend, if you don’t want your day to be ruined. Left 14% tip, maybe not enough? Almost forgot, the food was cold mostly, but steak barely warm. My response to owner, don’t want any discussion, the food is terrible, staff incompetent, unprofessional, not coming anymore. Hope you go out of business, there is Golden Corral near by, same quality.

I was in the Lafayette location just now with my fiance, he is out of town for work. Our server, Jason, was outstanding. He was very personable, made us comfortable, and just all around down to earth. I enjoyed our conversation and he was on par with all of our needs. We didn't even have to ask for refills! If you get the pleasure of dining here, please make sure you ask for Jason. He will take care of you.

I always love the classic slow roasted prime rib and our server, Kayla, was amazing! The mashed potatoes were delicious though the mac and cheese was a bit too black peppery for my personal taste.

Took my daughter to this location for her 21st birthday dinner. The waitress was aware that it was a birthday meal (although that should not make a difference in the quality of our experience). The food was absolutely horrible! Everyone in our party ordered steak, the birthday girl order steak and lobster. The steaks were overcooked, dry, and the lobster was overcooked with a horrible odor of rotten fish. We sent our steaks back after the waitress insisted that they put the overcooked steaks back on the grill? Sigh… That obviously wasn’t the solution! We waited over an hour for new steaks. The side items were not plated as requested. It was weird being left with cold, mediocre side items, no steak (waiting for replacement steak), and our waitress was rude the entirety of our experience. We asked politely for refills but no refills on drinks until 5 minutes before we concluded our meals. There were only about 5 other guests in the place the entire time we were there. We tried to make the best out of the situation but it was a bad experience all around. My daughter is the sweetest, kindest person too. She made a point of saying she’d never be back. Nobody apologized to us for the inconveniences. Our bill made no sense either! We overpaid somehow because the waitress didn’t enter the items correctly. I would avoid this establishment because of their complete lack of accountability and bad food! Oh, and the entire place smelled like sewage? It was gross! We went out the next night for a meal at Trader’s Point Creamery in Brownsburg. It was absolutely amazing!

Came here on a whim and it was very disappointing. The steak was way too salty, the coconut shrimp was burnt, the bread seemed stale, the mashed potatoes were too sweet and the server was kind of rude and never brought us waters. 0/10 not coming back.
