I was here today to eat with my family. The guy mis heard me and wrote the wrong thing down. That’s totally fine but the lady who was serving it i let her know she put the wrong thing in and when she fixed. Then after my sister herd her call me aggressive. I don’t appreciate being called aggressive for trying to get the right order . Her name was Haley who called me aggressive :(

Best Panda we have ever eaten at and we have tried many. Always consistently good food and generous portions. We drive 60 miles to eat here often.
Waited in a really long line. I asked for beef and broccoli. I got chicken and squash? And some broccoli that wasn’t even cooked. Like straight from piazza produce truck to the styrofoam “plate”. The noodles are inedible. Like not even cooked and soaked with grease. Should have went to the Japanese place across from them. 15$ and it’s almost inedible. Def my one and only stop at Panda Express. Also I couldn’t read the menu very well to decide what I wanted. And apparently that irritates the staff. They just wanna shove food out as fast as possible regardless of accuracy and quality. The cashier was very nice tho. That’s how much was edible for 15$. Rest is getting tossed. I’ll go get some
Tacos somewhere instead.

Be sure to ask for teriyaki sauce with your “TERIYAKI” chicken, because they won’t offer it to you and will let you go home with just plain unseasoned chicken breasts trying to save the store some money banking on you not coming back for the sauce because most people live too far away to bother coming back to get it and they will ask you and tell you “did you ask for sauce for your “TERIYAKI” chicken? You have to ask for teriyaki with your “TERIYAKI” chicken?” Don’t expect an apology or any free bees for the senseless inconvenience like a free egg roll or 2 or anything they’ll just tell you, “you have to ask for “TERIYAKI !” With your teriyaki chicken” like it’s your fault they don’t know the difference between unseasoned grilled chicken and teriyaki chicken but beside the money scamming policy the food is still good and the place looks good but they will try to save money for the store at your expense so be sure to ask for teriyaki with your teriyaki chicken even tho they ring it up on the receipt as teriyaki chicken. Can you imagine going to KFC and ordering a bucket of fried chicken and not only do they not ask you if you if you want original or extra crispy but just put grilled unseasoned chicken in and when you come back and say you gave me grilled chicken not fried chicken and not only are they unapologetic but also ask you if you asked for crispy fried skin and then you need to ask for crispy fried skin on your “FRIED” chicken and yeah we can give your something for having to come all the way back here and ask for the crispy skin but you’ll have to pay for it so what do you want? A couple pies or….?😒🤷♂️

Went to Panda Express in the Tippecanoe mall today ordered the fire sweet chicken it was dried out and hard told an employee about it and she said it was supposed to be that way. I had eaten lots of times at the Panda Express in West Lafayette and it was never like that but the employee kept arguing with me saying that's the way it's supposed to be so I walked off won't be going back there.

Tried the noodles at Panda Express recently and I genuinely thought they gave me the wrong order—or maybe something from yesterday’s trash bin. These noodles were crunchy, but not in a good way. More like “left out under a heat lamp for six hours” crunchy. Every bite felt like I was chewing on disappointment and dry rubber bands.
They were weirdly hard in the middle, like they’d been half-cooked and then forgotten. I even asked if they were supposed to be this way, and the staff just shrugged. That’s never a good sign.
If you enjoy the texture of stale instant ramen without the flavor, go ahead. But if you’re expecting anything resembling fresh or edible, stay far away from these noodles. Panda Express, please—either fix the recipe or stop pretending these things are food.
orange chicken was good tho :)

I went there may 8th with my daughter and daughter in law around lunch time. The fried rice was burnt so they made a new batch didn't clean the bowl out or the spoon and put fresh fried rice over it and stirred it all in together.
I spent almost 40 no pop machine it was down and all they did was stand around and talked.
I showed them the fried rice they didn't care and the cashier was sick .

Worst ever!! Stood in line for five minutes. Just for the girl at the counter to sit and talk to two other employees about her being late. I just walked away after not getting service while they gossiped

Slowest service ever. I have had to cancel my online order twice because the order was taking over an hour. Having express in the name is hilarious. The food is good but I can go to an actual restaurant and dine in and be done before my online order will be ready here.

Don't bother with mobile orders from here because you'll wait at least ten minutes for your food while all of the walk-up customers get their food.

I purchased my on-the-go bowl meal with beef brocolli as an entry toda and I'm not happy as the lady who served my food put all brocolli with 4pcs of very tiny and small cut of beef. I don't know if this is how they are serving with there customers now. Otherwise, i will not go back to dine in or any take out anymore
Just stood in front of 4 employees for an unacceptable amount of time while they stood and talked amongst themselves and didn't even acknowledge my existence. I finally just walked off. Like seriously? I'm standing here ready to order and your conversations and screwing around is more important? There was NO ONE in line in front of me. You lost a sale. I'll go across the isle to the other Asian food in the food court!!!!
