Placed an order through drive thru 1/16/25 at 8:57 for bagel and green tea nobody greeted me and nobody came to window but kept looking at me ! I am not from here and very use to great service in Kokomo ! I pulled off at 9:18 I will never spend money here ! Too many young ppl playing around and preping rather than helping the customers who actually spent money already !!!

When ordering a drink, I verbally provided the phone number registered to my membership, but after they failed to understand it three times, I wrote the numbers down on my phone. However, they said they couldn't see it because of poor eyesight, which I found rude and frustrating.

Clean location, plenty of seating, friendly staff, but the seating by the windows were very uncomfortable from the cold air radiating from the window's steel frame. Specifically when they first open on a very cold winter morning.

Noticing a quality drop recently. Bagels taste and have the texture of store-bought pre-frozen bread. Like something from Aldi. No hate to Aldi but I expect more from Panera. Definitely not fresh. Disappointed.

This location continuously runs out of bagels, even by the 10 o’clock hour. How do you call yourself a place for bagels when you only have two. I should leave a negative review every time you run out of bagels, which has happened 10 times this past month.

Went in to order to support my son's school. MANAGER said he coukd not put in the Code for the school. So i woulf have to order on line. This is a pain as i just wanted to support my son's school. How are you going to make it so they cant put in the code at the register.
