I have been traveling back and forth to Tennessee and have stopped at this Panera several times. Service is fast but the staff could be friendlier.

So far, its been 25 minutes in the drive thru. Not sure if they are waiting for the wheat to grow so they can make bread, or if they are raising hogs and turkeys in back so they can get the meat. This is stupid.

Stopped for a quick pick-up and ended up waiting over 30 MINUTES for 2 sandwiches. They were not busy inside but all their resources apparently go to drive-thru orders. We finally got our order and got into the car to continue our road trip. They FORGOT our chips. They FORGOT the mustard packets. We paid $22 for 2 sandwiches?? No chips, no mustard packets. Skip this Panera, it’s a BAD LOCATION!
Like always, it is panera bread. People who stop to eat here, they know why.

Ordered online, food was tasty but the orders were thin ordered extra chicken cheese and ranch on my sandwich and got nothing but 5-6 tiny pieces of chicken on my sandwich and my wife ordered and sandwich with avacodo on it and there was barely any on it I payed for extra i expected a little more than that that’s all

We stop here most Friday nights for dinner in the summer and pick up food to take with us. This may be the last time we do that. We now almost plan on them getting our order wrong. Tonight was the third time I ordered a salad with chicken, in the past few weeks, that had no chicken when we got home to eat.

I’ve ordered from here several times over the years. I’ve always included tips even though I’m picking up the food and not being waited on. Several times I’ve not gotten napkins or silverware on orders. Never mind waiting fifteen plus minutes on orders that are overdue on pickup times. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
