Disappointed in the new French ciabatta dipper. Mostly ciabatta, small amount of steak and cheese. Haven't been here in a really long time. Definitely didn't live up to the description or picture. Probably won't be backagain for a long time.

Didn’t have any bread. Stopped in at 7pm and the store was out of all kinds of bread (except bagels)

Not very clean. Tables not wiped of and dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will not go back.

We waited over 40 minutes to get our food. We walked in at 11:50 and left the location around 12:50. It was a huge inconvenience as we were on a road trip back home from Kentucky. Our order was partially wrong, but overall the food was still good. We waited alongside many other frustrated customers. My issue is with the staff and management. Manager walked around like she didn’t know what she was doing and none of the workers displayed any ambition to get things done.

This is the slowest place I have ever dealt with. No matter what time of day you have to wait over half an hour to get a coffee and a pastry. The staff is not friendly, my last visit she opened the window and I gave her my name, she got my stuff and handed it to me, walked away without saying one word. This is at both locations in Lafayette and West Lafayette off of Sagamore Parkway.

I'm not sure what was worse, the food or service (young female who acted like she would have rather been anywhere else and at least a 10 min wait with hardly anyone inside and no one else in the drive through.) I ordered a "Spicy" grilled cheese that could have been made by a toddler, tomatoe soup that tasted as if it could have been a couple days old, a chunk of bread that looked like they ripped it apart and threw it in the bag and a chocolate desert that must have sat on the shelf for a week. I haven't ate at a Panera in a long while and I will continue that trend after this visit.

Placed order online for pickup. Message said ready at 6:32. Finally received finished order at 7:01. 29 minutes. No. Not busy. No one in restaurant had food. Just waiting. Just got soup and salad and sandwich. Nothing complicated or changed from existing menu items. Did pickup order because wasn't feeling the greatest.

Pager never went off to let us know our food was ready. Other than that, everything was fine. Food was still good temp, just took us longer to hit the road than what we would have preferred.

I was just in and out so I didn't really notice anything about service and definitely nothing about atmosphere..

This Panera is by far the dirtiest Panera I've ever been in. (It's gross). The young lady with the green stripes hair and glasses is RUDE. I observed her interaction with other customers and each time it was unprofessional. The back of the house had copious amount of food, and debris on the floors, and with our extended wait time, I did not see a single employee clean anything. I'll be bypassing this one in the future.
