Food was delivered cold. They turned the delivery over to doordash, and the doordash driver stopped somewhere else for 20 mins before coming to my location. Sure, sometimes they might have multiple stops, but stopping somewhere for 20 mins isn't a delivery. Didn't enjoy the food at all. Cool to the touch when it arrived. Will be disputing this with my bank.

Placed a large advanced order to be delivered to a local client. Called to verify the order was being delivered--they had no record of the order and/or lost the order. Didn't fulfill, didn't offer a remedy or any help, promised to call back and didn't. VERY unreliable service. Luckily, Pizza Hut completed the order within 20 minutes and had it delivered to the client.

Trash. Ordered pepperoni pizza extra sauce, came with almost no sauce, also cold and tough. I called and they sent another one out. Took an hour. Now they put a ridiculous amount of sauce (and cheese which I didn't want extra of) and it once again arrived cold. Not fresh at all. Trash.

Visited Papa John's on 8/10/24 & ordered XL NY Style Pepperoni pizza & 2 of the 8 pieces had excessive air bubbles in it.
I called & spoke with Cassy letting her know, & she said she personally made & baked the pizza. She claimed there wasn't anything wrong with the pizza.
I wasn't wanting or asking for anything free, simply wanted a manager to be aware that pizza was below quality & Cassy was rude & kept insisting that there wasn't an excessive air bubble.

Prices are up and quality is down. I ordered 2 large pizzas. My issue is a works with original crust and got thin crust and light toppings.
It was ready incredibly fast. Was that because it cooks faster with thin crust?
The checkout time took about 10 minutes because he “hit the wrong button.” Stuff happens.
Maybe more training would be helpful.
Parking: Big parking lot is shared with multiple businesses. Sometimes busier than others.

The pizza is not "better" anymore. I was a GM at the Noblesville and E. 38th Indpls locations in the 90s. The flavor is just not the same anymore. Save money and get equal quality with litter ceasars. (not a typo)
