I ordered a pizza for dinner. When it got delivered I opened the box and it looks like the driver was playing GTA on his way here. I called the store and explained. The manager said 'I'll send another. It'll be 35 minutes.' Like, thank you for that and I didn't expect groveling but maybe at least an 'I'm sorry about that' would have been nice?

Placed an order ahead of time for an employee lunch. Asked if they could deliver at noon or else I would pick up. They confirmed. Food arrived at 12:40,after 3 calls to the store. They indicated “it should be there”, but it wasn’t. Food arrived 40 minutes late, thus all my employees stood around waiting for that long. Pizza was luke warm at best. Skimped on the peppercinis and garlic dipping sauce. Crust was not what we ordered.The location is only a 10 minute drive at most so they couldn’t have even had them made by noon, to get there so late. No discount or anything was given.Poor customer service!

Yes, I really don't know what happened to PA John's that used to be one of my favorite places to get pizza. Now the left 6 times I've eaten there. I've gotten sick. I think I'm done.

I have waited 2 hours for my pizza. I’ve called the LOCATION 3 times, and the last time I called she put me on hold, for over 16 minutes! I never got my pizza! This place is unprofessional, I do not recommend!! Don’t prepay for your pizza either.. choose cash!

very poor quality for almost $30 for a large. pizza was soggy and limp, you couldn’t hold it by the crust without it flopping on you. didn’t taste great either, very mid. won’t be purchasing again.

Add a new garlic pizza was very disappointed. The service was lousy. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza but they didn’t make it right I did get a free pizza.

This place is a nasty, pathetic excuse for a papa johns. I've been here for over an hour. They have no clue how to run a pizza pace. They should fire every single person at this store and start over because these people here are a joke.
