It has been a long time since I ate at a Penn Station, so I was really looking forward to it. The food was good and the staff was great!

Pretty good non-communal men’s bathroom. Clean with only a slight smell of pee which is most likely because of the drain placement on the floor and not the quality of cleaning.Stocked paper towel and TPDoor locks and also has urinal.Food and employees were great and quick

Food was good, however I’ve never seen a manager talk to and disrespect a young employee the way I saw today. I even saw him clap and yell “focus” like the employee was a dog. Also the employee didn’t look a day over 16. The store wasn’t even busy to warrant that kind of behavior, not that it would excuse it otherwise. To the manager: you sell sandwiches, you don’t run the navy. Chill out a little bit

The service was good. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. Although the food was good, I had to give it a 4-star ? because my chicken teriyaki was little in the dry side, and it didn't make it any better having my sub toasted thus making it crunchy.

Always a great experience at this Penn Station. Always promptly greeted when walking in and if I ask nicely they'll usually give me a water and some napkins to go.

The food tasted great and the lemonade tasted great with my meal.Parking: It is always nice to be able to park closer to your destination.
I had the chicken teriyaki monthly special with a side of fries and a drink, food was very hot and fresh, I thought the bread tasted a little bit dry but beyond that it was pretty good, the entire restaurant is very clean and well maintained, the bathroom is also very well maintained, definitely worth coming back for, however I think it was a little bit overpriced, but I wouldn't expect anything less for a college town, the staff is very friendly and the manager was doing his due diligence too train a new person while helping customers

Finally got a chance to try this sub shop and WOW I was BLOWN AWAY!!!! The Philly is the best I've had, and I've had official Philly Cheese steak in Philly. Manager explained everything as we told him it was our first time. Place was spotless staff was very nice and efficient!!! I'll def being going back soon!!!!
