Your management team stinks anymore!!!!! Jose and Rebecca were the absolute best and I’ve been coming to Pepe’s since I was a little girl… DoorDash messed my order up we reported to DoorDash but also called management to see if we could bring the food in and get something edible and manager Mike doesn’t want to do anything at all about it! My family had HUGE parties there multiple times a year…… welp not anymore!!!!

Food was not great. Service was good. My partner got a vegetarian dish and there was a small piece of chicken in it.

My husband and I went in today for lunch, sat at the bar like always. My husband went to the restaurant I sar down. The bartender saw me sitting did not say anything to me proceeded to take drink orders from men who came in behind us, get them chips and make their drinks. My husband returned to the bar and sat down only then did the bartender acknowledge anyone was sitting there as she went to take someone else's order. Needless to say we left and won't be back, too bad I liked that Pepe's.

Haven't been to a Pepe's since I was a kid, so I only had a vague idea of what to expect.

We came in as they were recovering from the dinner rush which included a very large party. Still we were seated promptly. Out server was kind and attentive.

The food is good and is certainly worth what you pay for it.

I was traveling from out of town and stopped by this Pepe’s. While I was waiting in line to be seated a lady jumped in front of me and asked for some hot sauce. Alyssa handled the situation very professionally and I was very impressed. She has outstanding customer service skills. I was also impressed by Tyler, he brought my food out and made sure that I was satisfied with what he brought to the table. His attitude was very positive and welcoming. I will definitely return to this location just because of the customer service and the food was delicious might I add also. Thank you both for a wonderful experience and keep up the great work. You guys ROCK‼️

Ordered take out lunch. The pick up process was slow, but not terrible. I ordered arroz con pollo and choriqueso which totaled over $27 dollars (pre tip) which seemed steep. When I returned to my office I found bland grilled chicken over unseasoned “cheesy” rice and the choriqueso was actually chile con queso which seems to be watery salsa with cheese curds floating in it. I didn’t even have salsa to try to make the arroz con pollo palatable. I’m still hungry and out $30+. 0/10

Wouldn't take my order because they stop taking them after 9:30. I called before that though and they wouldn't answer the phone. This place will only waste your time.

I had my family come from out of town and everybody met here for my daughter’s 21st birthday. They are short staffed and our waitress hardly ever checked on us. We had to ask for drink refills every time. They were managers running around, but they didn’t look like they were doing much help. we never had one plate removed from our table . we had no room for dessert . I have been a line cook for a long time and worked in a lot of restaurants, but this was just a mess. We would see the manager run by our table, but she never bothered to grab a plate or anything. When we left pretty much everything was still on the table. Every cup and every plate. We were planning on hanging out with family and having drinks, but we couldn’t really do that because we could never order drinks.

At the end. My daughter and I went to the restroom on the way out and we saw the manager, our server and the bartender just joking around in the bar. So I don’t think it’s from really being short staffed. I think it’s from lack of concerns for your customers having the best dining experience.

I never ever leave reviews but I feel like she deserves it. We came at 8ish on 9/22 and our waitress’s name was Julia, I believe. She was younger and had dark hair. Can’t even put into words how great her service was. Personable, friendly, just the right amount of attentive. Made great conversation and just overall the sweetest girl. We got drinks, appetizers, and food and she was so quick to get everything to us. Pepe’s, PLEASE recognize this girl for her work. She was amaaazzinng!!!!

I decided not to eat at Pepe's because the salsa was terrible. It salsa was watery and had no flavor. Basically it was pureed stewed tomatoes with some diced onion and a little pieces of something green. The choice of enchiladas are limited terrible. I know that not every Mexican restaurant is going to have my favorite, sour cream chicken enchiladas. What's really nasty about this restaurant is that there's a work area that contains a big tub of the salsa they pull from among other things. Nasty nasty nasty

I was warned not to go here , Well they were wright , the tacos looked and tasted like canned dog food . the sample plater was ok , but what fallowed was not . Spent most of the day with an upset stomach and dropping the Cleveland brown's off at the supper bowel . So basically just as bad going in as it was out . venture at your own risk.

Parking: It was pretty open , this should have been my first clew

The salsa is so bland and runny, horrible first impression before we received our food. Waitress was very nice, food came relatively quickly... but it was average tasting.

Ok, so. We're here working for a couple weeks. I noticed one thing about every state from Tennessee to Ohio and out to Maryland... Different than TEXAS! I'm darn near 50 and don't even look close to 21, but everyone id's you up here. Crazy. I hate it. However, this brings me to the reason for my review. Just finished another 12 hour day, on the road and heard about Pepe's. Let me give you a reason to not go here. Ignore it. The place looks cool and is decorated to the "T". However, the bar tender needs to chill. Figured this place would have a great list of reviews and somewhat does. But the negative reviews stem from the bar tender. Either she's lazy and doesn't want to serve anybody, or she really doesn't like her job. Ask me for an id and I immediate take the tip from a mandatory 30$ to your going to try and earn it back. It didn't happen here. When my brother in law, who is with us and 43 years old, comes out of the bathroom and gives her the id, but it's expired, she says you can't even sit at the bar. Really. The whole point of id'ing someone is to verify they are of age. You can take your attitude and have the drinks you made. We will NEVER visit your establishment again. I will never recommend anybody to ever go here. And for some southern advice.... Your not the cops. Stop acting so rude. Try this... Pay attention to your customer. If they look like they're in their 40's, just got off work and want a nice drink and a friendly conversation... Start like this
". Hello, welcome to Pepe's, how's your day been, what can I get started for y'all". Pay attention... If your customer looks 18, 19 or 20... Then put up your force field. The bar tender here kills any possible vibe. I miss Texas. Tex Mex and Mexican restaurants in Indiana are just trying. This place is NOT worth the time. The bar tender, she needs an attitude adjustment.
