I ordered a pizza cinnabons and 2 orders of wings the driver showed up without the 2 orders of wings when informed that our order was not all there he lied to us saying he would be right back I called the store for a refund I was told they were closed when the situation was explained savannah whom answered the phone said she was going to get a manager put me on hold and never came back. I will be calling corporate in the morning

While the food and atmosphere was lovely, the service left much to be desired. Recently my family and I had a birthday party in their garden room that started at 2pm. It wasn’t until 2:40 that any of the servers came to see us. It was nearly an hour before any of us had drinks or were able to place our food order. The server that was helping us was nice but only checked on us twice in the 2+ hours we were there. I’m not sure if was just a bad day for them or that is normal but would recommend somewhere else to enjoy or meal or party.

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and it was an amazing experience that brought back so many childhood memories. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a wave of nostalgia—the familiar red booths, the checkered tablecloths, and the scent of freshly baked pizza took me right back to the days when going to Pizza Hut was a special treat.
The food did not disappoint. The pizza was just as delicious as I remembered—perfectly crispy crust, gooey cheese, and a flavorful sauce that tied it all together. I also ordered the breadsticks, which were warm, buttery, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying.
The service was great, too. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a good meal.
Overall, my visit to Pizza Hut was a wonderful experience. Not only was the food great, but the nostalgic feel of the restaurant made it even more special. If you grew up going to Pizza Hut, I highly recommend visiting again—it’s a trip down memory lane that comes with a delicious meal!

The service inside the restraunt is great and a very nice atmosphere. We used to get pizza delivered from this location every couple months when we would get a pizza . NEVER AGAIN! We had one instance where the driver never showed up she went to the wrong apartment, and it was the wrong pizza. I had to call to get another pizza. And now this time this is how the pizza looked as soon as we opened the box .

I ordered from the Lafayette IN location on Farabee Drive. Pizza was good but this is a lot of crust. This is not a stuffed crust. This is a medium pizza. I ordered from work so I couldn’t really return it. Probably will go with someone else next time and suggest others do the same.

I love Pizza Hut’s food but the service here is horrible they’re lazy and very disrespectful to customers if and when they choose. I called to talk to a manager about a good time for a group of 8 people to come eat there on a Sunday and twice they put me on hold for 5 minutes and then the 3rd time it rang for a very long time before someone picked up and said “are you the one wanting a manager” no hello or how may I help you just very rude. When I asked my question they rudely answered in a sarcastic way and then hung up on me without letting me finish. I guess they didn’t want business that badly. And the last time we did dine in there our waitress disappeared as soon as we put in our order and the cook had to bring us our food.

Food was cold advertising fake!! Jumbo breaded wings not just the regular boneless wings fries were soggy took them over 40 mins to get my order right then they gave the driver the wrong address just an horrible experience overall
I keep giving this location a chance and they fail every time. Today I went to pick up my order and they said it will be a 7-8 minute wait (which is fine), I pull back around 8 minutes later and they said “it's a little burnt is that ok?” It was late so I said ok I’ll deal with it. Get home to eat my pizza, and there was a hair baked into the middle of it. Can’t make this up. Very disappointing.

I’ve had wings everywhere but they r the best. Something about their sauce u can’t get anywhere else. They also have the best thin crust. I’ve seen pizza huts slow decline and I’m sure it wouldn’t be that way if people would try them again. Especially their thin crust and traditional hot wings.
