We were in on a Saturday afternoon, after 2pm. 2/22
We ordered our food, paid $43 for our family's meal.
We gave the cashier our name, and we're to to be patient because they were busy and there were only 2 workers.
45 minutes later, went up to the counter to ask how much longer it was going to be for our order. We had seen others that arrived after us getting their food. Eventually we were one of only a few people left in the dining room.
They had the wrong name for the order (I'm not sure how they got the name 'Andre' when he was told 'Patrick'), the food was in to go containers (not baskets for dining in), the pizza we ordered was in the warmer. No one knew how long it had been done. The excuse behind the counter wjen we told them how long we had waited was 'some of us just got here'. No apology, no nothing.
Got brisket, ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. All the meat was cold. Not room temp- cold. The cheese on the pizza had congealed. The crust was hard because it had sat awhile. The sides were room temp and the mac and cheese had skinned over. Flavor-wise, it was okay but definitely tasted like it had been sitting out and was dried out and hard. I have a feeling it was pretty soon, and was just left there. Who knows how long we would've waited if we hadn't gone up to check!

I'm surprised this place isn't jam packed Everytime I go in, the food is amazing, the brisket is where it's at, but the Chicago style pizza is very delicious, and the service is top notch. Very friendly staff and the tea is always fresh and tastes amazing too. Will definitely be coming back here

Overall just not a place I could recommend for anyone, found hair on the chicken wings, pizzas took over 20min, chips in the nachos stale, drinks expensive.

Need to update the hours. Wanted pizza and had to go somewhere else. Hours said they open at noon and I was here at 12:25 with all doors locked and gate down. Disappointed 👎🏻

Order a parfait and a baked potato and a lunch special pulled pork sandwich.. we got everything but the potato! Waited over 45 mins just for it to come out we were already done eating the other stuff. And when I got the potato it was very super messy!! The food was good but customer service was horrible!!! The whole time one the employees was just making the food and eating it!

Can I say the food was good . but we ordered a deep dish and we were dining in . the pizza was cold . like not cooked all the way . I was so disappointed in it. way over priced . I go up north to my mom’s regularly and the Chicago dogs are not 5 a piece there . they need work if u are dining in they don’t give h food on a plate . after he brought out pizza in a box . he went back and got plates . then went back again and got a spatula. if u are going to have dining be prepared for it . they do terrible I so sorry . especially for the dining part .

Our food was amazing. The deep dish pizza is sooo cheesy and the sauce is very flavorful. Probably my favorite pizza in town. The staff were very attentive and checked in with us frequently. They made sure to tell us about all of their promotions and options. It was overall a wonderful dining experience. We came when they had a free drink promotion. We had the pizza, some brisket nachos (which were a crowd pleaser for sure), and the rib tips. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the tables were stocked with everything you might need for your meal. With four people the ribs, nachos, and pizza easily fed us and sent us on our way with leftovers.

Decent customer service Pizza took a little while though Pat, but the flavor on the ribs and the country breads are really good definitely give it a try 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾💯🤤

James our cashier was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and energetic.

-Mashed Potatoes were not my favorite.
-Macaroni was fine, nothing to rave about, but my daughter loved them!
- Cream corn was delicious!! I'd go back just for that! 😊
-Pulled Pork was really good, I had to add a splash of bbq to it.
- Brisket was delicious, I also needed to add some bbq to this.
-Brought the pizza home, but I'm anxious to dig in!
-Country Ribs were so delicious! They needed no sauce, perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Great with a fork or on a sandwich!

Door dashed for this place and received the best service I’ve ever experienced. Order took a little while but was offered a soda and was updated multiple times how long it would be. If you’re wanting great service this place is for you.
