Went last night 12/6/25 around 7pm, wasn’t real busy but food did take awhile. Husband got surf and turf, lobster tail was hardly there. Maybe two bites of lobster. The Salads were brown, and my steak was so tough I could not even chew it. First time eating at one and I will not be returning. Slow service and horrible food. Not worth the $70 we spent.

If you make it to the Lafayette, IN Red Lobster, you need to ask for Jennifer!!! She delivered absolutely top notch service. Our glasses never got empty, she kept up with all of our refills. The food was amazing as always!!! The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. All the employees were very friendly and welcoming. We encourage everyone to try this Red Lobster!!!

Update: They did remake our order for us so that our food was as warm and fresh as possible. While this shouldn't have have happened in the first place, I do appreciate that they remade our food in the end.
Ordered $150 worth of takeout and they left half our food out of our order. We live 20+ minutes away so it's not just a quick trip to pick up the rest. How do you leave HALF the order off? This was a birthday dinner. They weren't willing to help make it right at all. Tremendously disappointing.
