We used to come here a couple of times per month. Due to various reasons we haven’t been since Covid hit. We decided to stop in for my husbands birthday. We were seated right away in the main dining room. We ordered the dragon calamari, lobster surf n turf, and the duel lobsters with the grits and mac n cheese, one drink and a water. Our total was just shy of a $120.00 with tip. For this price I really expect perfection. We noticed that a side salad or small Caesar salad is now an up charge if you want that with your meal as a side. My husband ordered a salad as one of his sides. He never got his salad and so the waitress brought a baked potato instead. My husband ordered his steak MEDIUM WELL. He did not get a medium well steak. He didn’t send it back because he didn’t want to upset the workers who handle his food. My lobster tails, I had two were so tiny. I’ve had shrimp that are larger. For just about 50.00 for a plate of food I got mostly grits and mac n cheese. The broccoli was good so was the Mac n cheese and grits. I know food costs and wages, everything has gone up but value wise it was a poor value for my money. My husband also said his lobster tail was very small and quite rubbery. The biscuits were fine. The calamari was regular calamari with some dried peppers and a sweet slightly spicy glaze drizzled on them. The calamari tasted good. The meal wasn’t horrible but it certainly wasn’t the nice meal we were expecting for my husbands birthday. With the mistakes and what we paid for what we got it was just an underwhelming disappointment. Did I say I liked my grits? Yes they were good just wish there would have been a bit more. Compared to the Mac n cheese I got much less of the grits and just a couple bites of lobster. You can see what my husbands medium well steak looked like. You decide.

Went in to grab 2 dozen biscuits. The lady behind the bar said I'll grab the lady to take your order. I stood there for 5-10 minutes while a male manager is standing there flirting with a waitress talking about whatever. I was looking at the waitress and manager hoping someone would ask if I needed help but nope.. never did. Too focused on flirting with a waitress than serving a customer. He kept inching away from where we could see each other. I was looking forward to some of these biscuits for Easter but wasn't meant to be

It has been years since I had the courage to spend at Red Lobster. I am happy to say they have done a lot to turn themselves around. Matthew was our server and did such an excellent job that I look forward to going back to this particular location again! Good seafood is never cheap but those biscuits and all of the food was done right and well the first time. So well in fact I was asking myself; why make a mess of my own kitchen when they make it this easy? Red Lobster is back! Go ahead, take my money

Was there about a month ago and had the worst greeter ever in my life! He was worried about his phone and shuffled around some menus. He wasn't even aware of who came through the door and in what order. Absolutely terrible! I asked for his manager and he mumbled something. We were finally seated in the bar area after about an hour. The bartender took forever to take our order. There were only 2 other people in that section. Finally he brought our food,biscuits,and drinks all out together. Was ridiculous! Would definitely not recommend that location. Just go to indy and you'll eat and be back in the same amount of time. Something needs to be done!

The food was good. But the service was bad we got the endless shrimp and when it came out she spilt ranch all over me and she just laughs about it. Asked for a manager and no one came probably will not go back.

Update: tried them again this year....even worse this time!! The food was so SALTY as to be almost inedible. Further, service was slow and flavors were off. Only the tried-and-true cheddar biscuits were good. Definitely a sad experience and wasted almost $150 to boot!4 years ago: Excruciatingly slow service, wrong order and some cold food. Really a pretty bad experience for a tried and true restaurant.

Was told on phone we could have service for 16 people for a birthday party. Got here and was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait. They could have told me that on the phone. Never again will I bring my family here.

My brother went and asked the people at the front if they take Apple Pay and how long the wait would be ? They said yes they took Apple Pay and the wait was 20minutes . We waited and then went in and got seated . We ordered and ate . The waitress came with the check . We asked her how they do the Apple Pay . She said we don’t do Apple Pay anymore . She suggested we order a gift card . So we did and it took awhile to get it via email . The confirmation said it can take 1 hour to 6 hours for the gift card to arrive .The waitress came and we told her we didn’t get it yet . The lady then went and spoke to her manger and said there was nothing she could do for us and it was our problem . That pissed me off because how is it our problem that you said you have Apple Pay and now you don’t ? We made sure to ask before been seated or ordering anything .We were assured they do take it . You should be informing your employees of any updates and or changes to policies . The situation was stressful , embarrassing and , unnecessary. It was a situation that could have been avoided if they communicated with their employees. The gift card eventually arrived via email and we were able to use it to pay .

The whole reason we went to Red Lobster was for the crab alfredo and found out it's off the menu??!! We ordered a cheesecake from my rewards and pic shows drizzle, but none came on ours. We were informed it didn't come with it. I pointed out the picture and showed it with drizzle on the plate. I'm disappointed and won't be back. Do better!
