First of all- the way they present themselves is above par- secondly the way they interact with fans/customers is warm and welcoming. I have both cookbooks and I will be a regular customer. I discovered you all as I was coming to the end of my cancer treatment and I am thriving and back in my kitchen with your recipes. I canโt wait to get to Colorado to say hi!!!!

We ordered brisket and that came out dry. Like Sahara desert dry. Order a drink and it took until the food came out to get it. Go somewhere else.

We've been here about 4 times, and we love the cocktails. The banana bread old fashioned is our favorite, and the bartenders are very consistent. We've had mixed results recently with the food and service. I think they may be changing managers or something, and they were short-handed. I hope they work it out because our first 3 experiences were great.

My wife and I met our son at Revolution Barbeque for dinner on a Thursday evening. It wasnโt busy and we were seated right away. This was our first time and overall it was a decent experience. The food quality was pretty good and the portions were alright. Our appetizer (fried pickles) and meal (Rib Plate with slaw, potato salad, and cornbread waffles) came out quickly. Kudos to the speed of their kitchen staff. If thereโs anything that I ate that I could highly recommend it is the fried pickles. The hostess and server did a good job. The atmosphere was relaxed and the cleanliness in the dining room was acceptable. Overall there was nothing that wowed me and made me want to come back, but I also have zero complaints. I did appreciate the variety of gluten free selections on the menu. I was a little surprised that they only had two bbq sauce options on the table, but I tried them both and they were good. I wouldnโt hesitate to return to Revolution Barbeque and give them another try, but I wouldnโt go out of my way to do it.

Food is delicious, but it made a lot more sense as a counter service restaurant. It's harder to stop in for a quick meal, when you have to wait for a server to get your drink and refills and bring you a check...and then your meal now costs 20% more because of the tip obligation. Also the 4% service fee is a little bit ridiculous. Just raise your prices by 4%.
