Scones and Doilies is hands down THEE best bakery in town! Their service is amazing, prices are reasonable, and I've never been disappointed by anything I've tried here. I brought a friend in with me last fall and the owner gave her a freshly baked sample of a scone since it was her first time visiting. The staff is so friendly and hospitable.
My personal favorite treat is their cake, I recommend their lemon blueberry flavor ??. If you're stopping in for a quick treat, their frosted cookies never disappoint! I cannot wait until they have gingerbread cookies again, those are a must try for gingerbread lovers. Their cookies are large and thick, with such delicious frosting — you can tell the cookie and frosting is made fresh. Not to mention how beautiful their frosting designs and colors are. You can tell a lot of love and effort is put into their desserts. I highly recommend stopping in if you're looking to support a lovely local bakery, you'll get a sweet treat in return!

Remarkably delicious scones fresh daily. Bakery is uplifting from sunrise with hard working bakers. Many delicious sweets artistically made ready to eat there or take home. Sometimes I slice mine and eat them thru the day. Reheatable in microwave in seconds. Honey Fig & Pecan is a go to. They have gluten free option. This a Lafayette Main Street find!
Parking: If not right outside, parking on side streets is easy.
Kid-friendliness: I see many mom’s with kids eating in or outside. Kids welcome to my eye;-)

My first visit to Scones & Doilies will not be my last. There is a very large selection of various kinds of baked goods. I purchased two rugelach, one chocolate and raspberry, the other cinnamon and walnut. They were absolutely delicious. The staff member was very helpful and friendly, great atmosphere.
The honey lemon scone was absolutely amazing! Loved the ambience, and the woman I interacted with was super friendly and sweet. Such a great bakery!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Scones and Doilies. They made my daughters birthday cake, Pennywise the Clown was an unusual request, and they created an incredible piece that our family still talks about. Taste, presentation, and customer service were all incredible.
We also like to stop in for their other baked goods, and they are equally amazing! Highly recommend.

Today was my first time going to Scones and Dollies and I am so upset I am just discovering this place now. It was insanely delicious. The best scone I have EVER had. I got the fig honey pecan and I don’t think anything else will compare! I also had a bite of my friend’s frosted cookie and it was delicious as well. The frosting was so light and not too sweet. I highly recommend this place for a sweet treat.

I just have to say wow. I got a scone and a rugelach and they were so satisfying. The honey fig pecan scone was amazing. The woman I had the pleasure of interacting with was super friendly. All in all very pleased. I've been trying bakeries all around in search of this quality and this place has got it down in every aspect; the service, food quality/taste, presentation, cleanliness, pricing... Im excited to try some more stuff the next time I come here!
