We got mozzarella sticks for a deal they had for one day only. They were over cooked so bad that they were hard and there was no cheese left inside of most of them. Sorry to hear about the fire glad everyone is safe.

I placed an order on the sonic app Nov.29,2024 @ Approximately 6:42 Pm I arrived and let them know I was there for a pick up order. They proceeded to bring me my drinks a couple of minutes later . Then I sat for another 15 -20 minutes waiting for the food. Then she came out and said “Didn’t I give you your food too” we said no. So she proceeded to retrieve our food. Then. I got it. The fries. Ice cold. From sitting. The mozz sticks also cold from sitting. The burgers were also not hot. So yeah. I spent 50$ on items that were not good.
Horrible service. We placed an order at 3:45 and didn’t get it until 6:45. Every time we asked the staff about it, they gave the same lazy excuse about being busy, yet somehow people who ordered after us got served first. One of the items was just a drink—how does that take three hours? To top it off, the server was rude and shoved the food in our face when we finally got it. Absolutely unacceptable and beyond frustrating.

Ordered chicken strips and a garlic butter burger. The chicken strips were more breading than chicken and over cooked and the burger was soggy. The slushes were good and the service was fast but really disappointed in the food.
