I came to the Starbucks today as a severely tired mom to a newborn baby. I asked the girls there to help me pick out a drink that didn’t taste too much like coffee because I don’t like the taste. They helped me through and through made me a what I call a special drink for me. These girls have no idea how much they have helped my day even probably my whole month. So thank you to these wonderful girls who were there around like 12:30. All of these girls deserve recognition for how truly wonderful they are!!! 💕🥹

Unfortunately, this Starbucks is the most inconsistent with their drinks. I order a shaken espresso every morning on the way to work and MAYBE 2x a week is it made right or good. Disappointing as the staff is friendly and the location is convienent.

I stopped here prior to an offsite meeting to sit down and get some work done while enjoying a coffee. To my surprise, there is no longer any seating available here. The girl at the counter was nice enough and the drink was fine, so no issues there. But what kind of stupid idea was it to make this 'to go only'? I have never seen a Starbucks like this. I am not sure what Starbucks has been thinking lately but considering they apparently don't even want anybody in the store, they continue to do their best to make me a former customer.

I came here for cofee, lunch and taking two meetings. I was surprised to see that there is no menu!! No place to sit. No restroom. Really??

On top of that I ordered Falafel pocket on the counter, but they said they can't do it. I had to order online.

Overall, I stood all the time taking the meeting. Very inconvenient not customer friendly, not what Starbucks stands for.

We went through the drive-thru for our order. I picked up my husband's coffee and the lid was not on properly and came off spilling hot coffee everywhere with most of it going on my left thigh. We had to pull over to take off my coffee soaked jeans! When we went back the manager was incredibly rude about it. She did replace the coffee but acted angry about it.
