After a less than stellar lunch at Dennys, Starbucks to the rescue. Staff very warm and welcoming, got exactly what we ordered and extra sugar just in case!
I ordered a peppermint mocha and they gave me a regular coffee with hardly any peppermint, the only thing that was right about it was the whipped cream. I usually don’t write reviews but this is the 3rd time I have had my order messed up from here

i ordered a mobile order 6 minutes prior to arriving. left almost 20 minutes later because none of the workers were doing their jobs. the place was dead, only like 2 cars in the drive thru and everyone else inside already had their drinks. one drink should NOT take 20 minutes to make.

Takes so long to make a drink
It wasn’t even busy i waited for 10 minutes and left i didnt get my drink!!!!

Quick and efficient. Not much parking and drive thru is a tight squeeze.
I ordered an iced matcha latte but the matcha was not incorporated at all. I ended up having to toss it. The girl at the window was very nice but I think I could tell by the look on her face that she didn't think it was right either. There was a bit of a line behind me so I didn't have her remake it but I can't find a way to request a refund on the app. Pretty disappointed. The pink drink we got was great though.

The day crew is amazing and I’m disheartened to have to leave this review but this does not reflect them as the friendliest Starbucks! This is for the afternoon/night crew. They NEVER follow the order paper and have excuses as to why it’s not made correctly. It tastes like they mix the frappe with urinal ice and halfway make the drinks. A frappe has whip cream at the bottom as well as on top. I’ve never tipped and will never tip them for a sloppy job. Maybe if they follow instructions instead of gossiping they can get better tips. If they wanna mess up orders go to McDonald’s!

I gave 2 stars because I have had too many disappointing drinks back to back. The ladies in the morning that say “welcome to the friendliest Starbucks in lafayette!” always make it perfectly and are super friendly, but when the afternoon/ evening crew comes, my drinks are ALWAYS terrible. They taste watery and never look nor taste like the ones I order in the morning. I don’t understand why the evening crew is so bad at making drinks as opposed to the lovely morning crew!

This specific location has the best service every single time I come in to do homework and they ALWAYS make my drink so good. I'm here at least 1-2 times a week and every single encounter I've had with the different workers has always been positive which I appreciate.

I love the location nearest me (The Pavillions). A couple of the baristas have taken time to get to know my name and the owner/general manager (I'm not sure which she is) is very friendly.
As always, there are also a couple of baristas that are not the best, but the others more than makeup for their poor attitudes and incompetence.
My complaint - the parking lot! I have only seen one Starbucks location with a lot that is big enough and laid out in a manner conducive to parking. This lot, as are most Starbucks lots, is awful to park in and does not have nearly enough space. Its setup means that cars trying to get in the drive-thru are OFTEN blocking the drive.

My husband went in with a $3 coupon and was told it would be $4.07. He showed the barista his email and the gold card app with $3 showing on both of them, and was told yeah, I know, we've had trouble with those today. Either have a reliable coupon or don't bother to have one at all.
