Blonde masked woman at window was very rude, at speaker was rushed to order and even asked nicely for my drink to be fixed (due to allergies) I got the reply “ it’s already made” I’ve worked at Starbucks, this is not how you are told to deal with this situation. Left my order didn’t pay. Not demure

This location has a ridiculous lot. The drive through is so hard to get into but it makes up for it with its location in relation to other shopping. Just plan to go in if you are driving a large vehicle that is hard to do U turns in. I like that they scrape the foam off my shaken espresso so the cup is actually full. The staff is normally very nice.
Dietary restrictions: They have good recommendations if you need items with lower sugar.

The staff isnt friendly, there are two blonde ladies who are particularly unwelcoming. At first I thought it was just a bad day, but they seem to always be like this. They acted as though my presence was such an inconvenience. Will go to a different store or maybe I should go to Panera or 7-brew.

Came in and stood at register and was not welcomed by anyone or told it'll be just a minute, nothing. When I was helped by Dawn she asked what I wanted I said my order and my bad for not saying what size first but she was very rude and actually laid her hand on the counter in a frustrated manner and huffed and asked what size. Very rude and unprofessional. Did not take my name so they knew who ordered. Very frustrating.

*Not friendly* Masked older lady with blonde hair at window made it known to the other helpers and myself she was upset I asked for water, to the point they stopped talking to each other to focus on her. She then made it clear twice I could ask for the water at the speaker. Nothing but a "scowl" the entire time. My hometown Starbucks of 15 years never has a problem with a cup of water! And they are, as you base your business words "kind" Note my husband had just came out of surgery into recovery at St Vincent's when I came to your location to get a coffee ❤️ could be the reason I forgot. $4 for coffee. Remember, you never know what people are going through! Smile!
Very rude cashier. Very rude about my small pomeranian dog in a sling. Made me wait outside in the heat to get my drink. Didn't offer my dog a drink. A customer refused to go in bc they made me stand outside with my dog. She said they lost my business!

Standard Starbucks. I walked in and ordered the SB Summer Skies beverage ? and the drink came out in decent time.Barista left some streaks on the outside of the drink container...a little icky and strange as the drink doesn't use chocolate/mocha drizzle ? must be another drink she was prepping.I wiped it off later with a napkin. Not sure why she couldn't have given it a wipe down before setting it out to pick up.
