Parking: Drive through layout/parking lot navigation is very wonky, not sure what the thought was during the planning/implementation stage.

I was traveling to Chicago and stopped this location on the way. As soon as I walked in , ask if they take Apple Pay and the girl who was making drinks looked at me like she is already tired being serve there, told me yes. I ordered my drink and waited there for 10min, it’s not problem if they were busy but they were 5,6 girls nothing doing and just chatting around. I felt discriminated. I asked if you r busy and taking long, I’d like to cancel my order. When I asked she communicated with the other girl and asked to make it finally. Before I got my drink they were making fun of me and chatting with their headphone. I was only one who ordered one drink. Maybe they have drive through ordered and mobile order but it wasn’t busy compare with o other busy Starbucks. The girls who are working there , aren’t nice. If you girls tired and can’t communicate with clients, pls don’t work there. This is not for you. I work in a hospitality industry and I do my best to feel my client happy. Maybe it’s an Indiana thing.

Super slow service with 4 staff is ridiculous. I used to worked at Starbucks. 4 staff is more than enough to get customers in and out quickly. They also did not apology to the customers for the extreme wait.

The initial service was great but they forgot my drop coffee and seemed frustrated at me about ordering it. I went through the drive through the next day and they forgot one of the ingredients in my daughters drink. The cafe was pretty dirty and parking was a little tricky. People were just parking on the side of the road. I would definitely go down the road and try one of the other ones.

This store is literally the slowest in Lafayette. I’ve ordered ahead several times in the last month and the wait time is always 25-30+ minutes on the app. Once you get there, it’s even longer. I would go anywhere else in town if you have a schedule to keep. I believe the time issue is because there is like two people working in there during peak hours. Just be prepared to wait, however food and drink quality is normal Starbucks quality. It would be different if this was a one or two off thing for the store. However it seems to be a common occurrence. I will also concur with other reviewers that because the store is understaffed, the employees working there seem stressed and there isn’t time to be courteous or help customers when things go wrong.

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. The young lady at the drive-through was so mean. When I called the manager to let her know, she proceeded to give me advice on how to act rather than addressing the issue. This was very disappointing.

I love this location. The people are kind, probably overworked, but they are always good to me. They have learned my order and recognize my vehicle when I pull up to the drive through. I'm here almost daily, so I get asked how I am each and every time. I have found a love for the people here who have learned my order, my name, my car and they have truly earned my respect for the hours they work.

I asked for a caramel macchiato extra vanilla extra caramel sub oatmilk. They made me hot milk. And when I went in to ask them to remake it they gave me what tasted like BURNT hot milk. I usually stop at the one by sonic. I think I'll just keep going there.
