The bathrooms were nasty and the dinning arear was dirty. The food was greasy. I run a cleaning business and I am definitely not coming back. If the bathrooms and dining area are this bad I can only picture what the kitchen looks like

Management is royally screwing up *something* because there should not be three people working to fill 30 orders. Either someone is majorly mishandling the schedule or they're being forced to comply with asinine corporate decrees meant to enrich parasites that call themselves executives and shareholders by cutting corners.

Bathrooms that are completely filthy. Food that is completely mid. I felt like I was incarcerated while I was there except the people in the bathroom would've cleaned up after they went there. I also felt locking the drinks behind a qr code to scan seemed asinine. Which also helped make me feel incarcerated. I feel like getting rid of the waiters and being stingy on sauces and making your stores as uncomfortable as possible is a good way to get waffle houses up north.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday on a snowy evening. I did not get the gentleman’s name that was shoveling the walkways and I wish I had but I was surprised that someone in Lafayette was actually nice to me. Changed my mind, slightly, about the folks in this city. Greeted me while shoveling and noticed there wasn’t any ice in the ice machine and quickly asked someone to grab me some from their drive thru ice machine, I think. The place was clean and made the rest of my evening better. Thank you.

Got food poisoning from them! Will not be eating here again!
I placed my order in the store, it was a meal and they only gave me the hamburger and my fries did not come in the bag. I hope my opinion helps so that whenever you order in that business, you verify your order when it is delivered and do not trust like I do that it does. They are delivering everything to you and then I understood why the girl laughed when she gave me my order!

Singlehandedly the best place for a burger , priced decent , always good service , also a milkshake virtually of any variety you prefer, highly doubt that you can find one they can't make
Food and the staff were great, but there were gnats all over the ketchup station and the bathroom was full of gnats and it almost looked the toilets were cleaned floor mop water and rest of the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Darn it! Used to love Steak ‘n Shake. Went to this location 10-6-24 and the place was filthy. We were only 1 of 3 tables. Employees not busy but nobody wiping anything down and it needed it!! Had to wipe my own table and seat before we could sit down. Food was ok but dirty surfaces gross me out. Won’t be back to this location.
