Hummm, kiosk orders, pick up at counter when your name is yelled, QR code drink that is self service, bus your own table…why was I asked to tip, am I tipping myself? Food ok, bit coin payment just weird. I felt like I was in a human vending machine. I’ll pass next time, or perhaps just do the drive through.

You have to order from a kiosk, the person we talked to I believe was a manager was shitty because all we had was a $100.00 bill and the kiosk wouldn't take it so we needed change. You get a piece of paper with a barcode on it you have to scan to get your drink and you only get 20 seconds once you start to get your drink and they call your name over a microphone to go pick up your order. You get absolutely NO human interaction if you don't need something and then god forbid they actually have to help you. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, and I will NEVER go back.

I waited over 10 mins while the workers was on a personal call did not even know I was in here they thought the phone was more important then fixing my food never coming here again

Not at all a fan of the system the fact that you no longer have a waitress that comes to take your order and check on you was a complete bummer. Had to order from a kiosk and staff acted invisible when trying to ask questions on how to find items! Even had to scan barcodes to get our drinks.

Worst Steak N Shake. Every time I go here I’m ignored by the employees, takes an absurd amount of time to get two shakes, the cook is very unprofessional mumbling under her breath thinking people can’t hear.

You can't find a better shake anywhere we have tried for years nothing comes close The burgers and fries are nothing special but they are good anytime we go in a trip we map out there locations so we can stop on the way there and back

Staff was friendly. The fries are delicious. I was drive through. My order was ready within a few minutes of placing my order.
I do not typically put negative reviews out there; but this location has become the worst establishment to visit. 0 for 3 at the drive thru. Last time she actually came on speaker and said it would be 30 minutes before they could take the drive order. Understaffed and bad attitudes, steak and shake used to have good shakes. Cannot credibly determine quality of their food here, until we can get service sometime.

I'm wondering : Do they ever sell HOT food. Before I tried their fries a couple of times (cuz the beef tallow deep fry) Result : ice cold. I assumed it was just the fries, but today my steakburger was also ice cold. So I guess it an all menu thing ; )

I paid 20+ dollars for two burgers and two fries in drive thru. Thats fine.. But they gave me 1 burger and 1 fry. Check the bag before you leave. That was my mistake.
