Almost every table is dirty. They no longer bring your food to you and they put the dirty receipt on your food. They were in the back talking about how this one girl didn't clean the lobby but she isn't there and the table are still disgusting.

The service is weird in there. If you go in after an online order no one will say anything and you don't know if that's your order sitting there. You have to vocally interrupt a worker. There were even two ladies standing in the back just talking and they were older.

I came through the drive through today and they were dead absolutely no one in the store and there was at least 5 employees if not more in there and they had me waiting in the drive through for 10 min maybe a little longer and then the guy wouldn’t tell me my total at the speaker and then I get up to the window and he was rude didn’t say a word to me. I feel like this place needs to shut down and become something better.

This restaurant never comes thru the way you would expect a chain place to. Service slow an unfriendly like you inconvenienced them in some way or told to hold on then what do you want is that all is that it. The food ok steak burgers are I thought used to be juicy an crispy edges an you get paper thin Jerry good flavor tho with your weird soda water with flavoring. Then bite your match stick fries that comes before your burger or if drive thru half filled an soggy. The onion rings are a crap shoot you can get 3 or 8 in the same order yours are thick an not cooked the 3 an the 8 are overdone an not at all crisp instead burnt an greasy. The shakes are only done half way or half something made scope of stuff maybe toss it an just mixed in the top an just plane ice cream on the bottom should be called half an half. So don't forget when you call to complain no one answers an when in store they say that is standard practice an your the one who is wrong for not wanting to pay an are trying to give them the food back.

This place is horrendous. I placed a simple online order for 2 burger meals and 2 shakes to be delivered. The driver only had the 2 shakes and NO food. Since this order was placed through their website, I had to call them. I rang 6 times and NO answer. Based on previous reviews, this seems to be the normal for this place. $40 wasted.

Always amazing even better since they switched to beef tallow. All their food just has a different level of depth and meatiness my favorite burger no questions. And you already know the milkshakes are amazing but the don’t give glasses anymore 😔

It’s sad that I remember steak ‘n Shake being one of the greatest place to go just have a good time with your friends. Now there’s some guy in there that works the drive-through. He says it’s gonna be a while with a grumpy attitude before I even said anything. He has no sense of kindness at all. The food had a strange taste. I threw it away. What happened to this restaurant? It is awful now.

New fries are delicious. The value meals are good price and still a decent amount of food. Love the old school vibe inside. Don't like the kiosks though. Miss the waitress. Was cool as the only fast food restaurant that did that. Food is fantastic.

Went in today 12/19/25 it was less that 20° outside and due to the inside of the building being too smokey the side door by a big area of seating was half way open. Made our groups dinning experience not so great. Bathrooms werent the best of shape and it was only noon. Right above a seating spot there was a rotted tile looking like its about to fall any day now. I feel things should be fixed...

I placed a huge order online. Went picked it up once I returned back to work I noticed half of the food was missing and some of our sandwiches were wrong. I tried calling the restaurant for almost 5 hours straight and never got any employee to answer the phone I've never experienced anything like this. I spent almost 60.00 dollars. Your restaurant wouldn't let people take food without purchasing it so why is it okay for you to take our money and not give us what we paid for?? A very unsatisfied group of customers👎
