Served by:22771 @11:25! This guy was amazing! So sweet and talkative! I didn’t catch his name sadly but he put my boyfriend and I in a fanatic mood! He was a hard worker I could tell! Also if he is in charge of the music then let me tell you he was playing some fantastic music very family friendly environment with him there! I felt so great and he made some AMAZING sandwiches! Bread was baked perfectly and everything actually tasted fresh! We need more kind people like his working!

Awfully slow. When i used to work Food Retail, we used to balance out orders( online vs in-person) evenly. Meaning whoever was next up will be prepped and served. Whoever I am dissatisfied, because I always place an order online and by the time i get here even though is slow my order gets thrown last. Again service usually slow, no proper greeting. Only whenever some of the nice staff are working they greet you properly, showing that manners still exist.

We were served by server 22654, who was amazing, Mike, give that girl a raise. We brought a group of 9 people in and was greeted with a smile and very professional attitude an hour and a half before close. Excellent service!!!

The young lady doesn’t read online orders properly and didn’t add the veggies that were mentioned on the order. Despite asking her to add those veggies she decides to cherry pick one or two and add those.
Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Regret ordering at this location.

After waiting several minutes for staff to come from the back to take my order, they couldn't hear me and vice versa over the music they were BLAIRING. They were out of all types of bread except two, and out of certain types of meat. Waste of my lunch break and money.
If you like more bread then meat and veggies this is a great sandwich shop. You have to order double meat just to get a normal sandwich for a person. Several times I've been here their ice has black specs in it.

$14 for a foot long sub lol Subway got way over priced. That takes away from any sort of tipping... Can go to Firehouse and get a Brisket sub for cheaper than that...

My drink had mold in it. The sandwich artist was busy, but there was a chick there from a different store and she totally brushed me off. She said it was probably the cleaning chemical they use in the ice machine. It was definitely not. She told me to grab a new drink and she left.
