We just stopped in for the double chocolate peppermint cookie. Service was going as fast as was as it could. Only 1 person running entire store. Although he did pretty good by himself. Would recommend for a quick meal.

I just came through the drive thru about an hour ago. The young lady that was working was very polite and sweet. She was patient and did an EXCELLENT job on making my sub. I feel bad I didnt catch her name but I wanted everyone to know she is awesome and that kind of service will keep me coming back. Thank you!

In my heart, I want to give this place 0 stars, but that's beyond unfair to the gentleman working last night. He was BY HIMSELF at DINNER RUSH, no one to help take in-store orders, the drive through, or the mobile orders. He was working his behind off trying to make sure everything was getting done and he was struggling but did his absolute best and was so kind despite all the anxiety and fear he was experiencing by himself.
The MANAGEMENT of this subway should be ASHAMED of themselves for letting this man work entirely on his own- EVEN IF ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES CALLED OFF, THE MANAGER SHOULD KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT A ONE-MAN JOB. Not only is it extremely dangerous, but it's also the fastest way to lose your BEST employees.
To the manager of this establishment- Back your employees up and they will forever be loyal to you. Abandoning them in an hour of need is the best way to leave your establishment abandoned and unattended as they have felt. Should something have happened to that young man working, you would have undoubtedly punished him for YOUR inadequacies.

Last time we went there for dinner, I got the BLT sub. Bacon, lettuce, and tomato. I asked for mayo as well. Got the sandwich, had the bacon n the mayo, but didn't have the lettuce or tomato. My brother didn't even get his meatballs on his meatball sub. Smh n smd. (If you can't make an order right, don't work at all)TERRIBLE service.
