Don't like the automatic tip bullshit. All the ingredients are measured out, I order at a counter and throw my own trash away. I avoid subway because of the tip on the card machine, feel like I'm being pressured to leave a tip. I WILL NOT LEAVE A TIP IF I ORDER AT A COUNTER OR DRIVE THROUGH. I DO NOT LIKE THE CASHIER LOOKING TO SEE IF I LEAVE A TIP.

This is the worse subway I've ever been to the staff was rude an my bread was hard an old all dryed out just sick for the money you spend how hard is it to put fresh bread in oven an wait while u work for timer real hard if you don't enjoy your job an think this is the way I'd like my bread nice an fresh u need to move on sad to say but I'll never go there again the one on 350 there the best friendly an there food is always good so I'll be going there

The worker with the badge name Ashley was very rude has no respect was huffing and puffing and charged me extra meet when she put two slices on my sub !!! horrible experience got attitude when i asked for more pickles ! very unpleasant experience. I had to yell at her for her rudeness.

Ordered through the website for pick up. Everything is type out to be read, but obviously no one can read unfortunately. Sons chicken bacon ranch plus avocado had no chicken on half the sandwich and no avocado(so got charged for nothing, they could have called or something)
I ordered a turkey sub with american cheese with different veggies and extra mayo, didn't give me an option for toasted for some reason so I put it in the instructions. It wasn't toasted, they didn't put cheese on it, and dot of mayo(may as well have been none).
Would have went back but had to get out son back to school, it's what he wanted for lunch after his appointment.

The lady forgot my bacon on my sub and doubled down saying she put it under the veggies (which doesn’t make sense because I didn’t have my veggies toasted and then the bread was wrong too. So I just got screwed out of getting my sandwich the way I ordered and get nothing for it… cool

Ordered a footlong steak and cheese and had NO MEAT on the sub. My daughter ordered a sandwich and got no lettuce even when she ordered extra lettuce. Delivery was smooth though. Worst experience ever! Last time they put onions and green peppers when I specifically asked for none. When we called the lady who "made" the sandwiches started to argue with us and said it was Door Dash's fault. It was clearly not. IMO this is NO way to serve your customers. Customers beware.

The manager Gavin made my online order wrong, and refused to correct the situation or refund me my money. I talk to the Subway office ,and they suck to.. I will never spend any money with subway ever again. Rude and disrespectful people..
