I was having trouble with my online order and the manager there. Krystal or Crystal, dunno how it was spelt, but she help me make the order cheaper ontop of being friendly and had a good conversation, we both agreed that there should be a way to pay for an online in store, will definitely be coming back

We placed a mobile order on August 18, 2024. We arrived at the store on State Road 38 next to Anvil apartments and there was a woman leaning against the counter playing on her phone. She completely ignored the fact that we were there and after a minute she moved to the back corner of the store. We could hear someone else doing dishes behind the wall but then proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes. I finally decided to call the store to get someone’s attention. The whole time we were in full view of the woman that was still just leaning on a counter playing on her phone. It wasn’t until I called that the guy that was doing dishes came around and helped us. When we got home three of our four sandwiches weren’t cut, one of them was missing cheese, and the one that was supposed to be toasted was not.
We will not be going back to that location again due to service and food quality.

I went through the drive through and ordered a 6in blt meal. When I checked I didn't receive my cookies. I went in the store and asked about getting them and the price difference between the meal and the drink and sandwich alone, At that point with my card in hand to then purchase the cookies, she basically threw the bag at me without the cookies and told me to just go. I again asked to purchase cookies and was completely ignored in front of other customers. How do you work in customer service and refuse to sell me cookies at a food/ fast food place. I will NEVER again go to this store. It's unprofessional and I am beyond embarrassed when I couldn't have the completed meal for my 16yr old daughter while she is going to work. I have NEVER in my 38 years EVER been denied a purchase anywhere, let alone a food establishment. I really hope that nobody else has to deal with what I just did. You should definitely pay closer attention to who you hire to represent your business as you just lost a customer that came in quite frequently.

Food is amazing but they seriously need more workers there was a line to the door and stood in line forever while there was one working just standing in the back on there phone and the one worker in the front just ignored the line for a good 20 minutes yes she had a to go order to do but taking care of the line to the door shouldn't been important instead of people having to stand for 20 minutes waiting waiting while being ignored get more workers subway or schedule more people or make the workers you have not ignore customers people have even walked out and I'm about to if I still get ignored longer shouldn't have to stand in line almost half an hour so unprofessional and rude to the customers and also I asked about a job application and they said idk when if they don't know they shouldn't said I can go find out for you the 2 people working seem clueless like they don't know how to do there job

Disclaimer: employees there were great and did the best they could. I have nothing against them.Look, I have nothing against the new employees working tonight. They are kind and tried to help with what they could. What I am angry about is that the owner put new employees with no experience or ability to solve different issues, and no knowledgeable manager over them to guide and help them... Outright foolishness. I am inclined to think the manager didn't offer good training, making sure their employees are well-equipped. It was literally the stupidest restaurant-related experience I think I have had.Ordered mobile order to use the 2 FL for 1299 code. It went through, wife and I arrived and sat for 10 min to give them time. Walked in and they don't have the order. Opened my phone up and the app went white, saying there was an error (though I already received the screen that shows the phases of your order being made). Closed app, opened it, and of course: order has disappeared.I tried the order again (25 minutes after arriving at this point). Made sure all was good, made sure it made it and it said "building" (kept screen on this time)... and what do you freaking know: though the code was good and gave the green, I see the full price as what I paid.No one knows how I can cancel the order. No one knows how to correct the price from the app stupidity. No one knows of a phone number to call to speak with a higher up.35 minutes now, and I have been googling a number, a way... anything to cancel the order or speak to customer service or anything. Sure, there's a FREAKING FORM to fill out, but you are just SOL until the verdict is given to you, waiting for it for however much time passes until they get around to it on the website. I'm out the money until then.40 min. Mark and I came in, hoping at least the order is almost done. (This part I think was a fault of mine, not theirs, for I wasn't clear while I was confused and frustrated that the order can continue) the guy didn't know the order was still there and to be completed. Again, probably a fault of mine because I had been asking how to cancel it, how to order it again or change price, and walked outside trying to call subway corporate, but kinda left him hanging.SIXTY MINUTES, and a full price order layer, people had been coming in to order (and walking out with their food), accepting their completed mobile orders, and the 2 poor newer employees have a supervisor/manager that doesn't seem to care enough to thoroughly equip them before having them by themselves.If you, manager or owner, are so short-staffed, then FREAKING OFFER MORE MONEY TO GET SOMEBODY HIRED TO MAKE SURE THINGS GO SMOOTHLY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you need to pay somebody a bit more so you can serve your customers properly, then do it. You don't seem to care about the employees OR the customers. If you can't do what needs to be done to run your business right at all times, don't attempt to own it. Same goes for the subway company itself.So, my wife and I lost 1 hr and 10 minutes, and had no choice but to pay 26 bucks for something that should have been 14-15. More than an hour. You have got to be kidding me... for 2 freaking sandwiches that the app forces you to go through with, whether you want it or not.

I love love love this subway now. At first the food didn't look fresh and I didn't want to eat at any subways but now the new manager has everything looking so fresh! I been here twice in one week and he accepted each coupon each time.
