GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

There were only 3 cars in the drive through and somehow I was still there for 25 minutes. I ended up leaving since I hadn't moved up in line at all. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location.

Ordered food at 5:13, 5:45 and food is still not ready and the employees are just standing around on their phones. 6:10 and never ended up getting my food. Go to the Taco Bell on the other side of town instead, this one is not worth it.

I placed an online order to be picked up in the drive through. When I arrived there were four cars in line. Despite that small number, we waited in line for at least 35 minutes. Even once we got to the window it was seven minutes before the worker acknowledged us. I shouldn't have been surprised when we got home and the food was cold, stale, and nearly inedible. Definitely removing this taco bell from the places I'm willing to order from.

service is always terrible when we go. it doesn’t matter what time we go, we are always in the drive through for 45+ minutes. went last night and we pulled up at 9:35 and finally got our food at 10:30. even after the wait, they put the wrong items in the bag and forgot things. you will get better service and faster drive through times literally any other location. do better tacobell.

Tell me why EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this wretched establishment I get the wrong taco. I order a Doritos Loco Taco Supreme every time, and WITHOUT FAIL they give me a regular Doritos Loco Taco. I PAID FOR THE SUPREME I WANT THE SUPREME. ITS THAT SIMPLE. WHY DO SUCH DUNCES WORK HERE. WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO THROW SOUR CREAM AND TOMATOES ON A TACO. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for MID tacos.

would give 0 stars if i could. waited 35 minutes in the drive through line just to be told they could only take mobile orders. won’t be going there again, service is always terrible and slow and this was the last straw.

Just called because was in line at drive thru for 35 minutes and they said they take care of drive through last and dont care how long the wait is. Taco bell needs to do better. It's always slow cause they dont hire well for there staff and it needs better management. Corporate needs to do something about this location as it has always been bad. Everyone in town always agrees its terrible at this location specifically.

We arrived at the store around 8:20pm waitied and were finally able to get our order in at 8:35pm (not end of the world we had that long to order but its part of the time line) didn't get cups for our drink figured they would bring us out our drinks at 9pm we had to ask them for our drinks and they threw an attitude that we had waited for 30 for atleast our drinks i was typing this as we waited
We got the food at 9:24pm

Safe to say dont use this location
