I placed a pick up order at 6:12. They were busy which is fine. I went inside to pick up my order and was told it will be a minute as there are 4 order ahead of mine, again, this is fine. Almost 45 minutes later I'm told that they lost my ticket and they just started it. It then takes another 15 minutes to finally get my food. I am already frustrated for having to wait an hour for incredibly mediocre food. I get home only to find that my nacho fries are ice cold and hard like they have been sitting out the entire hour i was there. We asked for light beans on the beefy 5 layer burrito they put extra beans. The worst experience I’ve had and i will not return. It was also $42 for 5 items. Never again

Worst tb I’ve ever been to. I went there on Friday and there were about seven tables with people, but none of them had food. One guy said he’d been waiting an hour for two drinks. Another guy got tired of waiting and asked for a refund, and after seeing that, we did the same. The manager was rude and dramatic, she ripped the receipt from the printer to show her anger and literally threw the change at my sister onto the floor. Don’t come here. I never write reviews, but this place was so bad I had to say something. 0 stars

Accidentally mobile ordered my food here. I will definitely not make that mistake again there was a gentleman working at around 3 AM who not only was eating while he was making my food, but he made every item incorrectly, and the sides of spicy ranch were so not filled I actually thought they gave me sour cream because I couldn’t even tell what color it was… The crunch wrap supreme was not only thrown into the bag so heavy that it was in pieces the cheesy ready to crunch had no spicy ranch and was broken. The quesadilla was in pieces as he hit it with the spatula while it was in the paper. I’m not sure if this is a normal procedure, but all of the jalapeño sauce was all over the bag… I understand that people come in intoxicated on a Saturday night Sunday morning, but when a solo traveler went to pick up an order through a dryer through his toll to come inside, not even greeted and then you are making someone’s food and eating the food in the prep area while you are cooking and not even cooking correct correctly as by far the most diabolical thing I have ever seen in my entire life this has come from someone who has a bartending background, and whose first job was in Fast food and then he was also complaining that he had to make food and he was done taking orders… I highly suggest this person working at night gets a different job because Customer service is just not it

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes and get horribly made food go to Taco Bell on 26. This place needs new management or needs to be closed down hands down the worst fast food restaurant and service I have ever been to.
It's Taco Bell, so you either love it or hate it. The food is good, but it all depends in who makes it whether it's great or not. Some times all the meat or cheese is piled on one side or the other. Very annoying.

They usually get my order right, but it depends on the time of day wheather or not they get your order right. But during the late night hours they do pretty good about getting your order right.

Well, you totally SCREWED us on our order. We came in on The 28th at around 6:30. My wife is a vegetarian, her food had meat even though our order specifically asked for NO MEAT ADD BEAN. I ordered taco supreme and didnt get that either. Maybe we should just walk up to the counter and wait for you to give us what you want to make, because customer orderes obviously dont mean a thing to your employees!
