I've been waiting here for my order that I placed in the app 2 hours for my order, I pull up to the window because no one is taking my order or updating me about my order despite there being no cars in front of me anymore. I pull up try to get someone's attention and as soon as I do, this old man comes up to me and is chewing me out for pulling up saying I now cut everyone in front of me. I've been here for over an hour, it's not my responsibility to " beep to get your attention" when there are people in the Drive-Thru and you haven't even checked. I understand that you guys were super busy and you had a lot going on so I'm not as impatient on that end but I am furious that you insinuated it was my fault for backing up the line. I'm just trying to get someone's attention so I can get an update on what's going on. If you want Taco Bell choose a different one, do not come to this one

Horrible experience waited in drive thru for an hour and I wanted a chalpua supreme no sour cream with a fresh chalupa and it was extremely hard and cold My nacho fries was cold and soggy my quesadilla was incorrect and my Cinnabon delights was old at least 4 hours old and then my drink I wanted I had to tell the employee the proper way to make it this is unacceptable I've worked management 7 plus years and I recently worked at taco bell so I know how it is but still something needs to change that store has went to shit

Update: complained to corporate and the manager of this location called me to give me a sob story about how hard it has been for her. This is not how you run a business. No apologies, just passing the blame. I will never return.
We have twice sat in the drivethru for over 90 minutes waiting for our online pickup order. Management is non-existent and the employs are incapable of picking up the slack. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE they cannot deliver fresh product on time.

They no longer have a menu for people to look at without having to use some kind of computer first. I mean, some people have trouble with computers or can not work a computer. They should at least have something like a laminated menu for people who have trouble working a computer. McDonald's still has a menu people can look at, and so does Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Arby's. They should at least have something that people can look at without having to look at a computer or have to order from it either. There are people who wish to order from a person face to face. But they have no way for that person to know what is on their menu.

I recently visited Taco Bell and had an incredibly frustrating experience. After placing my order, I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes before receiving my food. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering that the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. The wait time was far too long, and there was no communication or updates from the staff during that time. It’s unfortunate because I’ve always enjoyed Taco Bell, but this experience was definitely a letdown. I hope they improve their service in the future.
I just sat in line at this place for an hour they were still taking orders even though they were clearly not able to handle it and once in line you are trapped because there is no way to get out of the line. I left with out my food because it was taking 10 min a car and I wasn't going to wait any longer.

Every time I go to this taco bell they either give me food that's not fully cooked that's right cheese wasn't even melted or they don't give me all the food I ordered not to mention if your vegetarian don't come here I ordered 2 black bean crunch wrap supremes and they put meat in with the black beans and I haven't eaten meat for over 7 years so thanks for making me eat a dead animal I'm so disgusted and angry but the thing is every time I come here they mess up so many things up I'm calling corporate
