Royal Grill & Supreme Buffet

Typical buffet. The sushi is pretty good. The food was just warm on some of the serving stations. The servers are very nice and accommodating.
The women's bathroom is horrible. Dirty & smells bad. My grandkids love this place that and the fact we haven't gotten sick after eating here is the only reason we continue to go.

Kids at the buffet is SUCH a turnoff. Adults should be getting a child's food. Kids were stuffing their mouths right at the buffet. Yuck! But food is great!

Yeah, unfortunately, I was sitting near you, Abby, when this happened. You didn’t seem to want to give the server a tip and were trying to cause them trouble, giving them a rough time. Btw, this restaurant has gone downhill, and the owners don’t seem to care at all. They only care about the money, not the customers or the quality of the food. The food is not as fresh or good as it used to be; it is hard and cold. When customers tell the servers if anything is wrong and they take the feedback to the owners, their first priority is not fixing the issue but feeling offended and taking their mood out on the staff and customers. I often see the owners at the front yelling and being very rude to the servers when something goes wrong, and I honestly feel bad for them.

This place is ridiculously priced for the little variety of foods they had. The server was only at our table four times. She took our order for drinks, deliver the drinks, dropped off the bill and then return I get the money. We purposely did not leave a tip, which was hard for me to do because I have worked in the restaurant industry for manyyears..When she walked away and noticed that there was no extra tip money she came back and said the price on the recipe does not include my tip... Very disappointed

Good place to eat but expensive. Nice colors in the building. Food is good but just watch it sometimes. Sometimes it will feel cold if it's almost gone. Try to get it fresh and when they open

Only thing worth anything was our waitress, who was extremely sweet and kind. Fried shrimp was hard so we’re the sugar biscuits. Rock hard, not just a little hard. Almost none of the food was even warm, let alone good. Wasn’t even there 10 minutes, only took a bite or two out of anything we got. Management was extremely rude. When they asked what went wrong and I told them mentioned above complaints, he said “no one else is complaining” and was rude to me for my complaints. Told us we could not come back, which is a non issue. The food sucks and so does management. Save $20 and go to McDonald’s, better quality food and service l.

I used to love coming here on almost a daily basis but for the last couple years this place has gone downhill so badly their food is disgusting and for the food being that nasty their prices are way too high Golden Corral is only $22 for two people to eat all you want at their Buffet this place needs closed down their food is not hot all the time their mashed potatoes is like water I used to love the selection of food but they don't have that big selection anymore it's sad I did like it they have taken a lot of things away that were really good on the menu and other things just don't taste anything like they used to they have diluted things trying to make them stretch added a lot of grease and it's really nasty Golden Corral is the way to go

Normally it’s 12.99 to eat here but they charged us 17.99 per person since it’s Labor Day… how is that even legal.
