I had a wonderful server but on top of that we came in to a warm welcome from Marvin who was busting tables. I’m very pleased with the service more than the food and my best friend who came with me agreed 1000%. Marvin is a wonderful worker and definitely knows how to make a first impression and a very very warm welcome. He even came to check on us to make sure we were having a wonderful time. Paul and Brad, you guys have a wonderful staff including Marvin and he deserves to be Employee of the year because he is definitely employee of the year in my book. 10/10 experience.

We use to like eating here....no problem, till tonight. Bad bad experience all around. First 45 min wait. No problem. Finally get seated. The gal that seated us brought rolls along,, great. But no plates for them or silverware to use for the butter. Finally wren came to take drink orders. Only 2 of us. So shouldn't take to long for Just water. Told her needed plates and silverware. Comes back with water only. Then Megan shows up to take wren place and get food order. Stillno plates or silverware yetshe took food order. Finally brings those 2mentioned things. By now rolls are cold. Food comes. It was ok, Never had anyone. Wren Megan or gal that brought food ask if we needed more water or more rolls. Had to flag done a different waitress to get a box for leftovers. Sad sad sad. We really like eating here but after tonight and the piss poor service if that's what you call it. We are done. We will not be going back.

Lafayette has the best FOH staff and the Shirley Temples are always perfect.
Great staff that is constantly on the move but not so busy that they attend to each customer that is and isn't their's. Including the cooks when they come out greet and wish good fortune to you. It seems the staff I seen at the time I was here was so in sync and so courteous. Highly recommend even on their bad days

2 stars because dining in is always great. i love the staff. but everytime i’ve had take out from here it’s always awful :( i ordered a medium filet (definitely not worth $25), this definitely is not medium cooked. i didn’t receive ranch that was ordered, no ketchup, and barely received any butter in a tiny cup. pleaseeee take care of your customers that order takeout! this is my only meal for a 12+ hour shift 💔
Justine has been our waitress a few times now and she is INCREDIBLE. Great service, makes recommendations, and stays on top of your service. If you're want a great experience I highly recommend requesting her!

We love Texas Roadhouse!♥️ The food is delicious , quick service, clean, and love the atmosphere. Cooper is always a great host with a smile!😊 Justine is amazing! We have had her twice now, and she is the best! She is patient with kids, understands your needs/wants, and very observant.👌🏻Today, she walked with my son to the bathroom, and mar sure he got in there ok.🥹 Thank you Justine! You’re the icing on the cake!
I had gotten in line ahead of time. It was a 40 minute wait, remind you the wait to be sat, then ordered my food which took 30 minutes to even receive. On top of that, my server offered me more rolls, never brought them. The server was rude. My steak, I had ordered well done which came out pink in the middle, my green beans and rice were lukewarm warm. Another person delivered my food, wasn’t even my server. When my server came back to check on me, she asked how things were she offered to have a new steak made, I had said no thank you due to I had already waited a total of over an hour to begin with, she then told me that the manager would discount my check, fine..the problem ran into the manager never discounted my check for their mess up, even showed him my food, all he did was bring me a coupon to come back.. so how am I going to be told one thing that my check was going to be discounted for their mess wait time and the mess up on my food and it not happen? I gave the coupon away..after years of loving Texas Roadhouse, I’ve had really bad experiences, the servers are more rude and only care about their money….the food takes a long time, and you don’t get what you were promised to get taken care of for their mess ups.

I LOVEEE Texas Roadhouse okay, like I love them. But, today I ordered a take-out order 6oz Sirloin, Mash Potatoes, and a ceaser salad; with a raspberry tea to drink. My steak was fine. I ordered brown gravy with my mash potatoes, they called to let me know it was out which is fine no big deal there. My ceaser salad had like no cheese or croutons literally had 2 croutons total. The worst part though.. was my tea. The tea was seriously so bad after 1 sip I didn't even drink it. I had my boyfriend try it, he mentioned how disgusting it was. I got home, had my grandma try it she literally had to ask me what it was and when I told her it was tea she was shocked. Immediately poured it out in the sink after that. It was as if the tea had been A. Burnt B. Absolutely no sweetness C. Tasted like it had been sitting for days and like it had been sitting on the very bottom
