We went back yesterday 12/3/2025 in the afternoon, took my step daughter who had never been to TRH...
If there was a definition of amazing service Amira would have her picture right with it. She was amazing, she made us feel so welcomed and so friendly! Meet our needs above and beyond.

The service was so amazing! My mom was being picky about her steak, and the manager working went above and beyond to accommodate. Our server’s name was Amara (I think) she was very kind and ran around so much! I would 100% recommend eating there.

Tuesday, 11/11/25, my wife wanted to go out as a family and be taken care of. She called ahead and put her name on a list. It’s not a reservation, but it did go quickly even for Veterans Day ⭐️
This was supposed to be a nice family dinner, but it quickly turned into a negative experience for many reasons. Garrett was training Susie, and that’s understandable, so we were patient.
The first thing we noticed was they didn’t give us silverware. They took our drink order, and our son asked for easy ice, but his glass was as full as all the others. My wife ordered sweet tea. Immediately, she let them know it wasn’t sweet tea. Garrett said he’d be right back. That took longer than expected. By now, my son was ready for a refill and asked for no ice, but it came back full of ice. My wife finally got her sweet tea.
We still had no silverware. I would think with two servers, one of them could separate and bring out her drink and silverware. It wasn’t the case.
We ordered a Cactus Blossom. We expected to get our silverware but they missed it. Garrett corrected Susie, but he didn’t make up for the lack of experience. By this, I mean we ate the blossom without silverware because neither one of them brought it out. Again, we thought one of them could bring it out.
We had asked for more bread, and they came back with one basket of four. There were eight in our party. I hope this part of the training is corrected for other customers.
The food came out, and we didn’t mind the wait. My wife and I had ordered chili. The chili was cold. I didn’t want to ask, as I was fed up and wanted to leave. My wife, who never says a word, surprised me when she mentioned the chili was cold. Garrett acted, surprised, and went back. When he came back, he said the cook checked the temperature, and it was a few degrees cold. They did bring new bowls, and it was hot.
I didn’t understand why the cook didn’t check the temperature the first time. I think this is a health issue. Was the cook also training?
By now, we’re both disappointed, but remain happy for the kids.
We got our bill, and they charged us separately for the kid drinks, which are included with the meal. The correction was made. What I didn’t like was Garrett coming back and saying he gave us a discount. I refrained from telling him he didn’t give us a discount; he corrected his error.
This dinner was over $115. My rating is fair for an expensive bad experience.

The woman we were with her road kill had to be sent back it was raw in middle.
I myself ordered a 12 oz ribeye, it too was undercooked.
The waiter, did not seem to know what the gift cards deals were for that evening.
I was so looking forward to my steak from Texas Roadhouse, but this one was undercooked. I do realize they want to get customers in/out quickly. But food must be cooked to your customers satisfaction

Update!!! Two weeks later.. returned and got the same horrible service. Out server kept trying to us out. Tamia didn't bother to check our drinks.. steak not cooked right again and took forever to get it back. This place is becoming the worst place ever. Food was decent..had to send a steak back because it was not cooked right. Our server never came by to check if we needed refills..

The place was crazy busy on a Wednesday evening and extremely loud. They didn't grill my filet medallions correctly and when I asked them to be taken back and grilled further, the young man acknowledged my request but had trouble hearing me and then it took forever.

My experiences here are always positive. Rarely is there ever a problem with anything. If food isn't exactly how you asked for it they will gladly fix it to your liking.

takes forever, server is pretty rude and our order took more than one hour for only 2 of our orders to be on the table; they must’ve cone straight from a farm in Texas to take that long

I experienced terrible service at this place. We were taken to a booth with broken lights. No one asked if we wanted to take the seat or not. After we complained about the light, no solutions were provided, no one ask if we wanted to change a seat or stay. The waitress never came to our table again after serving the drinks, and the food was served after I asked for order cancellation. The manager came with threaten attitude, downplaying our complaints to “just wanted to cancel the order because of the light”. No apologies were given through the whole process.
