I usually have a good to great experience at this restaurant. They have good food. Their prices are good. I love their all you can eat appetizers and burgers. However, the last time I went service was terrible. I waited nearly an hour for my first appetizer. When I got my burger as after an hour wait it was cold. I have not been back since. I don't know if I can go back.

worst service I have ever received. walked in and got seated right away but our server didn’t come to us until 20 minutes after we were already seated. got our drink order ( got a strawberry lemonade) took 45 minutes to get to me. we ordered the same time we ordered our drinks. didn’t get our food until 45 minutes after we ordered. our server tried to explain that other servers were taking her food orders. overall worst experience. will not be going back again!

We’ve attempted to eat at Friday’s three times in the last couple of months. Each time, we were seated fairly quickly, however, after being seated we received no service. There were servers working in the area and even serving tables around us.

I don't eat at TGI Fridays very often. The food has always been decent, but it seems like each time I eat there the prices have increased just a little bit. I did receive excellent service during my most recent visit even though the restaurant was short staffed at the time. However, I doubt I will be back any time soon. The price of the food has outpaced the quality & portion size. There are many dining options in the nearby area, several of which offer a better value for your dollar.

Very disappointed with my visit, other than our waitress was amazing. I got the chicken and shrimp alfredo and the bottom was scorched and tasted burnt. What a waste of money.

Haven't been in a long time it uses to be a father son thing with haircuts and tgif but today now that I am the father I took my 2 boys in around 330 4 tables including us 15 minutes went by we where forgotten about I mentioned it to my son when a server was near by she said someone would be by 10 more minutes went by now my little one is throwing a fit so we left and went to red lobster that was nearly full and was instantly greeted with a lovely server and so friendly to my extroverted son

I have been a server for 10+ years, and I wish I could give my experience at Friday's tonight less than one star. I was not acknowledged because I came in alone with my 2 kids. I would not jump to this assumption had I not heard two servers talking about how I apparently was not going to tip and how annoying kids were. Well you got what you wanted, Friday's. We walked out and left our server at red lobster a 50% tip, and I just want to say this isnt the first time Friday's has been a BUST

The food was good. The service was very bad. We ordered a appatizer and never got it. We had 3 other tables around us and not 1 but all 3 tables had issues with their orders, to it not being put in or not the right food. The manager did offer us the app but we said no because our food had already came out but he did give us a coupon for a free app the next time we go there. Guess what isn't going to get used!!!!!

This was a complete disappointment. Got an email saying come in Thursday for full rack of ribs for $12.99. Waitress didn’t know anything about the special, found out it was a special, was gone about 10 minutes getting my husbands coffee (that tasted awfully strong and weird tasting). Finally got to give our order. We got our food, served on a wood tray (what a joke, runny sauce running off the tray, WHAT A MESS!). We couldn’t even cut the ribs they we so hard and dry, hardly any meat on the ribs. I almost think they were left over from a day or two ago. We were so disappointed, I told the waitress, she told the manager, but we never saw the manager.
Worst experience ever. Took 10 minutes to be seated, 10 more for a waitress to come take drink orders, 10 minutes later they brought the drinks and we were ready to order. They then tell us they have no chicken left and it’s normal for them to run out of things on Sunday. We had to all change what we were getting and then it took an hour to bring our food to the table it was cold and burnt. Asked for a manager and that even took 15 minutes. Do not eat here!

There business model seems to be ignore the customer and they will leave. The hostess spends all her time bussing tables, after we were finally seated we gave up and left after waiting 20 minutes a wait person even acknowledging us.

waited over 20 minutes just to get drink orders in...the place wasnt busy at all. Was going to get appetizer but by the time our order was actually taken it was a complete lost cause. I ordered the 8 ounce steak.with potatoes and broccoli medium...the potatoes were cold the parmesan butter on the steak wasnt even melted nor was the steak cooked. I will never go back to this place nor do I recommend it to anyone.
