I usually have a good to great experience at this restaurant. They have good food. Their prices are good. I love their all you can eat appetizers and burgers. However, the last time I went service was terrible. I waited nearly an hour for my first appetizer. When I got my burger as after an hour wait it was cold. I have not been back since. I don't know if I can go back.

I don't eat at TGI Fridays very often. The food has always been decent, but it seems like each time I eat there the prices have increased just a little bit. I did receive excellent service during my most recent visit even though the restaurant was short staffed at the time. However, I doubt I will be back any time soon. The price of the food has outpaced the quality & portion size. There are many dining options in the nearby area, several of which offer a better value...

The food was good. The service was very bad. We ordered a appatizer and never got it. We had 3 other tables around us and not 1 but all 3 tables had issues with their orders, to it not being put in or not the right food. The manager did offer us the app but we said no because our food had already came out but he did give us a coupon for a free app the next time we go there. Guess what isn't going to get used!!!!!
