The “biscuits and sausage gravy” came with no sausage. I am assuming they were out but it was very rude that they did not tell us that when ordering. Also asked for the potatoes “well done” and they were cold and borderline raw.

It's a small, no frills, Cafe but their service, food and prices are great! We were passing through Lafayette from Indianapolis on our way back to Chicago and this came up on a Google search. We probably would've never found it just riding down the main street because it's tucked behind a gas station. Definitely don't miss this one! A great place for a hearty breakfast or lunch.

Had the meat lovers omelet and it was great !! I could tell this is a favorite of the locals and that is always a good sign. It's literally seconds off the interstate and service was fast.

Breakfast is very good..reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and outgoing, but not annoying and in your face.

We were driving back home and we're passing through town. We turned into where Denny's is located, but opted to go to The Country Cafe.

.....what a good choice this was! I had the Sirloin Skillet, my girlfriend had the Country Omelette, her mother had Blueberry Crepes and her father had the 2 eggs, 2 bacon, toast special.

Everything was really good. In fact, I'd say the Sirloin Skillet was ridiculously good...and it didn't take very long for our food to be served.

If you're passing through town, hungry and they are open; I would definitely recommend.

Parking: Plenty of parking and the handicapped spaces are RIGHT by the front door

Simply good food. Burgers were incredible. Onion rings and fries were good too. Service was friendly.

Crowded and alittle loud but to be expected at the time we visited.

Definitely the better option and better rated than those around them. Worth stopping here.

Parking: Free parking all the way around the building. We went during lunch rush on a Sunday so there was limited spots.
