I get a chai with my fro yo . I asked for chocolate to be added into my drink. They said they couldn't do it. I looked at the menu and there are chocolate drinks on it. SMH. I asked if I could get some chocolate syrup to add to my chai. The girl gives me a sample cup and tells me to put the syrup in there and they would weigh it . Ok?? They give out sample cups for fro yo for free. Just like I do at Starbucks, who has a shaker out to use for free, I used the shaker they have out and I noticed the girl was watching me .Fast forward to the other day. We got fro yo and my chai. The girl checking me out asks if I'm the one who puts cinnamon in my chai. You get hundreds of customers and you want to single me out? I said I guess... She proceeds to tell me that if I want cinnamon added to my chai to ask and they can add it in when they make it. She then says that they think it's strange or weird that I put cinnamon in my drink after I purchased it. Why? Like I said previously. I didn't think it strange because coffee places have it out for use just like restaurants have salt and pepper, ketchup etc on the table. They have self serve everything else out at PW. You can add it in when you make it, which chai is not weighed like the fro yo and how much more is a couple shakes of cinnamon? But I can't add it myself? I paid and went to my table in disbelief over the whole interaction. I was laughing in my head because it seemed so ludicrous. Like I was reprimanded by a teenager for something so mundane. The more I thought about it I got angry. I pay a lot of money there because my grandson likes it and asks to go. I thought about just not going back but my grandson likes it and I won't take that away from him. I thought about calling the manager but I thought what if the young girl was the manager ? Why would an establishment risk losing a customer over cinnamon? Why would they single out a customer over hundreds? That is just rude and unprofessional.

I love this place!! I drive all the way from New York just to get the cake batter flavored froyo! It's so good that my grandma couldn't tell the difference between frozen yogurt and ice cream. Please make shirts... I would proudly wear one!!

The cashier with glasses acted as if she were the Queen of Fro Yo! My 6 yr old used the "?" syrup and it tasted like rotten sugar water and ruined his whole dish. So I explained the issue to the ?...and asked for just a replacement of just choco yogurt and choco sauce...her response was ..."How dare you not bow before your QUEEN!! You Fool I will say yes but trick you with my knowledge of Walruses royal decree!!! Hahahaha *snort* **fart**"Oh my bad...lol ..."off with her head!"Smh wrong movie
