I have been to this location multiple times and have spoken to employees over the phone and have had missed experiences.

If you want to try an interesting beer, they have plenty to choose from and the variety pretty much means you'll find something to enjoy. I love radlers and like that they always have one available on tap!

I would highly suggest eating elsewhere and stopping here for drinks, though. The food is overpriced for what it is and doesn't always taste good.

I had a standing discount for them through a company and, even though I was told it would be honored when speaking over the phone, it wasn't when I went in. I said I had this discount and they said they would honor it, but then didn't when I got my check.

Usually my time here is better, so if you don't have a coupon code or anything, it'll probably be much smoother.

Great old school Lafayette bar! Cozy atmosphere, good drinks, and decorating a dollar or playing with the old phone is a huge plus :)

Very cozy spot. Beer is great. And the bartenders are always very friendly and helpful if you can't quite decide what you're in the mood for

My husband and I were looking for a little place to make our date night spot and we found it! The moment I walked in I fell in love with this small, welcoming, and cozy little spot! Brian, the bartender, was so informative when it came to the beers there and really made us feel at home! From the atmosphere to the customers, the unique selection, the staff and don’t forget the great prices this place is truly awesome! I highly recommend stopping in and trying it out to anyone looking for a laid back time with some truly great people!!

Stopped in for a beer and the bartender, Kaitlyn, kept me there longer for more. Her personality and knowledge was infectious. What a great place to just enjoy life.

It is like drinking ale in a history museum. Loads of great ales, lagers, and beer. Affordable cocktails and some tasty food too. The service was exceptional and the amazing pictures, historic artifacts, classic Midwestern beer commercials, helpful historical markers, and pre prohibition recipes make this a very unique find. Don't let the hole in the wall vibe and all the flavored whiskies turn you off . This is a one of a kind small brewery that pays homage to the historic German inspired midwestern beers of the past

I had a flight of their beers and was very happy with them. The Apella apfelwein was especially good to me, and the history associated with the place was fascinating. The walls are covered with information about the original namesake. The staff was very friendly, and so were the other customers in at the time. It was a good place for me to end my night.

The beer here is really good with an interesting variety. It's a cool little place packed with local history. Servers are friendly and helpful. There are several better places for food available within a short walk, so maybe just get a couple of beers and then move along down the street for dinner.

Very small quiet downtown brewery with very good service. I had the 1918 Bock which they say is Indiana's oldest beer. It was ok but nothing that I would go back to have again. They have some interesting history posted on the walls.
