Picking up doordash orders here feels like the employees purposely try's to make the delivery late. Late food seems like not great food, something to consider.

So much here. First off i ended up getting sick. They had equipment issues temping the food. The cashier was pushy and was rushing me and my friend to order even though he couldnt find the combo my friend wanted. Although the kitchen staff seemed very friendly. More friendly than the cashier.

Lady at the drive-through was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I tried calling and speaking to a manager, I was hung up on. Obviously, they don’t care about their customers and I would take your service to another Wendy’s if you have the option to.
Horrible location bad attitudes refused to make a chicken sandwich fresh saying it was because it was 11pm and they close at 12 then had me wait for fries my sandwich was cold and the employees and the Manger just kept arguing about it I gave up.

Long story short: Our money was stolen. 11/28/24 at 11:30 am
We placed an order and according to the manager something apparently happened that made the order "disappear". The manager said that the cashier saw the order, but they couldn't check it in. The order then reappeared and disappeared. The manager then said they could see the details of the order, but could not place the order (despite saying they have no record of the order). She provided the number to report the issue, but it was the number for order delivery, not for carry out as seen on the receipt. I called the number, they said they only handle deliveries. We then went inside and she explained the number was the same, despite the provided number saying that they aren't. We just called HQ, reported the issue, and made sure to get a refund.
Very messy. Very deceptive. Very uncooperative. Just a bad location, will make sure anyone I know knows the same.

They will get your order wrong. Never had a wendy's get my order wrong so often and I use the mobile app. When you expect a rectification for a mistake, the manager pulls an attitude. The woman manager with the grey hair looked like she had an oozing rash. Gross. Avoid this wendys

This is the worst wendys I;ve been to, the bacon mushroom burges was allful the service sucked, they could not get the order right, the lady threw our food at the drive up window, this is not the first time for alful service BUT it is the LAST.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I stood in line for atleast 10 minutes. I eventually did a mobile order and even then it took atleast another 20 minutes to get food. Staff for so rude. Trash was everywhere including a whole trash bag in the middle of a main walk way. I will never go to this Wendy's again!
