I went through the drive thru which was slow. The workers didnât seem to be paying much attention to the windows. All I ordered was a baconator sandwich and a frosty. I received the frosty but got a plain chicken sandwich. Just chicken and bread. Unacceptable

Ordered online, restaurant stated they didn't receive the order although I had an order number, a confirmation number and a paid receipt, they refused to make the order. Told my daughter she was rude and had a bad attitude. I sent an email to the manager that night and I have yet to receive a callback or answering email.

The only Wendyâs in town to constantly get my order wrong. Last time I went, I got a crispy chicken sandwich only mustard and onion. I instead still received the lettuce and mayo as well as my mustard and onion. I still ate it and it was fine. Now tonight I come and I order it the same way again, expecting to get it right this time. Nope. Onion, mustard, bacon, and cheese. Itâs not even on my receipt I made sure it was ordered right on the screen and this sandwich doesnât even come with cheese or bacon normally so.. how does this even happen? I donât get it but itâs alright Iâll just go to another location that gets my order correct and have competency until this location can go through the current set of employees.

Went there at 11:50 and I know thatâs late but we just simply wanted two frostys. I pull up to the window and the guy tells me theyâre closed, i say âi thought you guys closed at 12â he then says go ahead with your order. so i go ahead and ask if their machine was on and go figure its not on. I thought hours they were open meant anyone could come at any time and order anything. guess not.

Finishing 400 mile trip. Tired and hungry. Went through drive-thru ordered med.vanilla frosty, biggy box, son of baconator, 2 iced teas. No frosty, No sauce for chicken, no straws and 1 yes 1 napkin. Down the road, called store, no satifaction without turning around.

Horrible store to go to. Workers don't care about doing their job. Stood in line for almost 20 minutes to put my order in. Mind you there was only one person in front of me. Worker took so long to take my order my promo code expired and I couldn't use it. Someone came in behind me and was helped before I was. I will not be visiting this store again. Your workers are single handedly going to be your downfall.

Disappointed Wendyâs no longer supports their ala carte menu. Was a great place for low carb eating. Money grab by at least local franchisees to not allow additional patties to added for a per patty charge. Will frequent other restaurants when I am out and about and need some protein.
Dietary restrictions: Changed their policy on ala carte patties. No longer cost effective as a consumer to visit. It now costs nearly as much as a steak to get some patties.

This is a terrible restaurant. The building smells like dirty feet my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and my baconator fries had only hints of cheese. My advice eat at a gas station I'm sure it'll taste better.... Dave would be ashamed
The woman taking orders was SO friendly and had perfect customer service! She was working today at 12:10pm. The manager handing food out the window was also so nice and respectful!! you guys are greatđ©·
