Disappointed Wendy’s no longer supports their ala carte menu. Was a great place for low carb eating. Money grab by at least local franchisees to not allow additional patties to added for a per patty charge. Will frequent other restaurants when I am out and about and need some protein.
Dietary restrictions: Changed their policy on ala carte patties. No longer cost effective as a consumer to visit. It now costs nearly as much as a steak to get some patties.

This is a terrible restaurant. The building smells like dirty feet my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and my baconator fries had only hints of cheese. My advice eat at a gas station I'm sure it'll taste better.... Dave would be ashamed

Really good service for fast food. Hamburgers come neatly wrapped and of course fresh. My favorite fries. My current obsession is the saucy nuggs.

Went through the drive thru September 4th, 2024 at 7:39 the girl doing the drive thru is lazy as hell she was rushing us to finish our big order and then we were about to order something she starts laughing then cuts us off and doesn’t come back for 2 minutes I had to leave the line. Absolutely disappointed, there is usually a very friendly worker in this location but clearly they were desperate for workers and hired this lazy girl that is better suited for unemployment. I know this is fast food and I shouldn’t expect the world but damn at least a little bit of respect would be nice.

Every time I come to this Wendy's they ring up every item separately instead of as a meal. I'm so tired of paying 5$ more for each separate item when the meal price is 8$.

It was awful. The woman that waited on us was rude and there’s another lady that was rude and I will never come back here again. The food was not hot and they wouldn’t give me her name. Today’s date is June 19, 2020 for about 2 o’clock she had a very bad attitude and she needs to have it adjusted.

When I got to the counter, Khalil was fast to get to the register and was very welcoming. He was even kind enough to get fresh patties made for my burger (I wouldn't go for this during lunch rush though)! Food was absolutely perfect as well!

This wendys location is one of the worst ones in lafayette by far u used to be able to take food home after a shift upper management don't take care of there workers won't even offer them a free meal which they used to do I don't need to mention names they know who they are
Chicken nuggets I ordered by far the worst quality I've ever had, yet even though hot they couldn't be any dryer, also jerky like. I'm ashamed but will not order nuggets for a few years.

Doesn’t open their doors until 9 and our ambulance doesn’t fit under the overhang so I got out with the ambulance to my right to try and order so we could still get food but we were ignored. We drive away and the second we do I hear them start taking the order of the car behind us. Complete disrespect to EMS
