Wendy’s should mystery shop their employees especially on drive thru customer service. When you’re trying to tell the person your order you shouldn’t keep asking “anything else?” It’s rude and dismissive. When I go up to the window the order is wrong. A lady gets a woman to change the order and when you think it’s fixed and pay for your meal. Get the meal and is still wrong. I had to park, go in and have them fix the meal. John the manager looks irritated at the fact I had told him the order is still wrong. So now I’m irritated bc he looks irritated with me. All I wanted was a 6 piece nugget with sauce on the side. Not sure how hard that was. Took less than minute which then he gives me cold! Fine, I’ll pay Wendy’s for cold food! I get home (less than 5 minutes away)and the rest of the meal was cold. Jr burger with half a piece of bacon and cheese not melted and chili with cheese that isn’t even melted. My elderly mother was upset about her burger and chili so she called to talk to the manager to tell him the experience I had and about her food. John gets on the phone and argues with my elderly mother and hung up on her. She calls back and they refuse to answer. That’s the kind of manager you have working there leading by example. No wonder why the staff there doesn’t care about customer service or customer service recovery.

This location has one of the slowest drive thru service ever I have waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order and orders ahead of me are spending 10-15 minutes at the speaker. Wendy’s if you are seeing this fix this problem at this location, the food is great but service is slow

The staff at Wendy's are very friendly and dedicated to meeting customers' needs. The employees consistently get orders right the first time. I can't recall ever having to return to the counter for missing items, poorly made food or incorrect orders. I must also mention that the condiments on all the sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I said hello twice to the guy who took my order and he didn't say hello back, I think that was very rude, then when I was ordering my burger his voice was so low that I couldn't understand what he was asking me. It was my first time visiting Wendy's and I had a sad experience.

Wendy's used to be a warm, cozy environment but this store is as sterile as an operating room with white walls and steel accents - not exactly an inviting place to sit and eat lunch. Thankfully the food was very hot and fresh and the kitchen staff understood my special requests, which is a refreshing change.

I used the app so I can't comment on atmosphere. The food was served hot and as ordered, especially nice because I edited the ingredients to all 3 of the orders. That, alone, is just as important as the food being at the correct temperature!
