This place opened around the time I left Purdue. We used to frequent this place and loved their Spicy Miso Ramen and Edamame (appetizer). Recently a friend bought it for me and it brought back a lot of memories. The pros about the veggie ramen are that the noodles are very flavorful and that they have great toppings. However the veggie ramen broth is not the best I have had but it is still pretty good. They packed it very well. They even had small notes saying 'heat me up'...
I went here today after my cousin and partners brother recommended it. I will say it's a nice atmosphere and I liked the setup. The appetizers were amazing and tasty with the soy sauce or other sauce. Maybe I need to try it later on, but while the ramen bowls looked appealing to the eyes, I wasn't too big on the flavors as it didn't hit the spot how it should and the broth felt lightly seasoned. Overall, I may go back as there's the whole downtown to walk around.
Best Ramen in all of greater lafayette. I always go for the spicy volcano Ramen it's delicious but not for the faint of heart for sure. They also have amazing tea and imports here to suit any thirst.
