This is the worst McDonald’s in Indiana. Franchise owners don’t care at all - Corporate doesn’t care either. We have a cottage nearby. We sometimes get breakfast there on weekends. I have never gotten my order without having to “pull over - we’ll bring it right out”. Last weekend, I had to “pull over” into the last handicap spot (illegal) and wait 20 minutes for a simple order from the App. They already had a car pulled up, and 3 in the “wait spots” and another in the other handicap spot - all waiting on their food. After 20 minutes- I was shorted all of our hash browns. I noticed it before leaving but didn’t want to wait longer. I complained to their corporate “contact us” form and got a BS - AI generated response offering me nothing and asking for me to forgive them and come right back. No thanks - You Suck. Franchise owners - you need to be present and pay attention. There is more to taking on a poorly managed location than plastering your faces on the front window with a tag line “Under New Management“ for over a year. You clearly don’t care at all, and it shows. You know you’re the only game in town and you run this store like it. I’ll make breakfast at home from now on.

Waited fifteen minutes and could clearly see my order number on the now serving screen facing the lobby the whole time, but the employees claimed it never came through on their end. Was told I would have to pay again despite having the app with my order and the address confirmed as well as an email with the receipt.

McDonald's food is getting worse for fast food. Yes I get its nor healthy for you but neither is half the food we buy from the store. Their customer service is horrible and it is always a long wait no matter the time of day or night it is. They never have enough employees. Also the fries are either cold, too salty or just old and gross.

It's very hit or miss as far as a McDonald's goes. Food at times can be heavily salted even down to the patties. Wait time can be a little lengthy even for simple items.
