Staying in Shipshewana for a few days and this was our first time visiting 814 and I have to say it was absolutely amazing from the food, drinks and service. It was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back when in the area!
Food and atmosphere was great!

Destination 814 offers a delightful dining experience with amazing service and tasty drinks. The food is highly praised, especially the chicken strips with perfectly breaded coating. The restaurant is usually busy, so expect to wait even on weekdays. In addition to the standard menu, there are also daily specials, at least while supplies last. The food isn't exactly a culinary revelation, but that's certainly not the restaurant's intention. It's simply good, generous and delicious. The staff is excellent, with multiple servers attending to customers even when the restaurant is packed. The atmosphere is great, providing a nice vibe for a casual lunch or celebration.
