As far as the food goes, every time I've stopped at this McDonald's the food tastes just as good as it did when I was a kid. Fresh french fries and hot food made right! Unlike every McDonald's in Elkhart County!! McDonald's, located near a gas station, offers convenience but has slow service. The staff is generally nice, but they sometimes forget parts of orders and neglect special preferences. Many things could be fixed, as customers have politely asked for improvements that are still not addressed. While the restaurant has crayons and activities for kids, it lacks a play area and has limited seating. Parking is usually available. In terms of food, McDonald's is the most affordable option in Lagrange, although some find the food less appealing, with reports of stale products and heavily salted items. The fries can be cold, too salty, or old. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and employees occasionally engage with children. However, customer service is often criticized as horrible, and wait times can be lengthy, regardless of the time of day or night, due to a lack of employees.
