Turkey Lake Restaurant & Tavern consistently offers great food and friendly service. The menu includes fantastic pizza, cooked with just the right amount of sauce. Known for its fried fish, particularly the Fish Special with a side and salad, the restaurant serves the best fried fish around, accompanied by excellent tartar sauce. While the building may appear a bit old and the lake view limited, the quality of the food makes up for it. Despite being small, the place can accommodate large groups, and the staff works hard to provide an enjoyable dining experience. Many customers appreciate that dietary restrictions, such as Celiac Disease, are well taken care of, with substitutions available to prevent cross-contamination. Visitors often enjoy the fish tacos, one of the few non-fried fish options, and praise the overall good service. The fried cod is noted for its healthy portions and light crispy coating, making it a delicious choice. The staff is friendly and attentive, even during busy times, working as a team to ensure a smooth experience. Parking is available on both sides of the building.
