Was there three days ago, as soon as I pull up I hear through the intercom “alright I’ll call you back “, which means employee was on the phone , I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with extra mayo and 2 junior burgers and one of fries . I pull up and girl is at the window texting away, takes my card in a hurry and hands it to me. I could see her prepping the bag and putting stuff in it, with one hand , and the other texting . Kids were hungry and we wanted to just get home , once we get home, our sandwiches were mixed up , the burgers had the extra mayo and the chicken ones barley had anything on them, which clearly says a lot . She payed 0 attention to what I requested . The quality a couple years back was good but it’s been deteriorating little by little, don’t know if the owner or whom ever is in charge , doesn’t see the cameras , or if they really just hire anyone who shows up . Also wha others have said about the strong weed smell, it’s true . The ppl who are hired are always fried and can barely even take the orders.
Please Burger King do better and find some people who actually want to work, not ppl who just want the money but not the job.

What is going on here?! Longest drive-thru ever!! If I'm going to work or somewhere on a schedule, I can't even risk getting in that drive-thru line because it can take forever, even if I'm the only car there.
Just close this location already. (Oh, the lady in the drive-thru lately is really nice and friendly tho)

This place is very unprofessional they take hours to take orders, they are high, and they didn’t give me the correct order .TRASH.
Crispy chicken sandwich overcooked (not juicy at all) and dry. Bun tasted partially stale, not fresh. I come here less and less because the quality of the food is inconsistent. Restaurants around here are charging more for food, so I exect to get a better product if I'm paying more for it. Probably want to pass on this Burger King, there are better options.

My onion ring were rock hard, my double cheeseburger the bun was split in half. The chicken nugget couldn't est..Rock hard!! Very unsatisfied 😡😡

I was robbed out of my online order it was never resolved. When I placed an order online I got to the point of putting in my card information then after that an error message popped up saying I have to pay some other time, but I still got charged and still not got what I ordered online going in there to see if I could resolve it in person it did not go anywhere they just told me call online support instead of fixing themselves. The place is disgusting last time I was in there I seen about ten flies who knows if your getting your meal with flies. Also dont think about getting ice there machine is always broke I really dont know how they're still open.

They robbed me out of 8 dollars after trying to place an online order an error message popped up saying I couldn't place an order at the time but I still got charged days go by this still hasn't got resolved when I walked in there they had like flies inside there which I thought was absolutely disgusting ice maker never works they take forever to make the food absolutely uncalled for.
The people that work there have horrible customer service. But the food is always hot and good every time I've ever eaten there so I give it a good rating.

The chicken wraps are trash, but I like the lady at the drive-thru. She is kind, lovely with an inviting smile. I've eaten inside before and the atmosphere is calm quiet and peaceful.
The rudest burger King crew I ever met. They were nasty and scratching their body's and then touching the food..really disrespectful and I believe they were hi on drugs as well. Cussing around children and taking their time to get the orders served and still getting the orders wrong and this happened on March 2nd,at 2:30 In the afternoon,,so whoever was working that day and on that shift,should be fired..I will not lower my standards that much again to stop there and eat..will not ever go back there and eat,and advise you to do the same..
