The chicken wraps are trash, but I like the lady at the drive-thru. She is kind, lovely with an inviting smile. I've eaten inside before and the atmosphere is calm quiet and peaceful.
The rudest burger King crew I ever met. They were nasty and scratching their body's and then touching the food..really disrespectful and I believe they were hi on drugs as well. Cussing around children and taking their time to get the orders served and still getting the orders wrong and this happened on March 2nd,at 2:30 In the afternoon,,so whoever was working that day and on that shift,should be fired..I will not lower my standards that much again to stop there and eat..will not ever go back there and eat,and advise you to do the same..

Food is fresh but there's no way the medium hash brown I ordered is a medium... there's like 7 hash browns in there and that's it. Also, the manager working this morning was rude as hell. I'm always super nice (especially to those handling my food) so I thought maybe she's just tired and me being nice would get me the same in return but, nope. I couldn't go inside to order because the doors were locked and it was after 6:30a.m. and the lobby opens at 6 according to the sign on the door. So I went through the drive-thru and last time I went to this burger king the same thing happened except they also weren't taking orders in the drive-thru and I even sat there for 10 minutes thinking maybe whoever opened is in the bathroom or something. Just a crummy experience all around at this BK location. Chesterton is the best which I usually go to that one but this one was on my way home this morning and Chesterton was out of the way. But I'll go out of the way next time over being treated like an inconvenience as a customer by an employee.

My daughter and i were driving home from roller skating and we stopped here before getting on the eway... I got 2 whopper meals one with NO CHEESE NO TOMATO NO ONION the other with cheese and normal... we get home.... yeah they both were made with cheese and had everything on them. Only one was supposed to be that way.. its like every time we go to a BK anywhere they just can't seem to get our orders right. It's not that hard right??? You listen, press the buttons, and NOT put it on the sandwich???.... but obviously BK hires people that are rude as heck, they don't have any type of manors or kindness in their hearts, deaf, blind and don't understand English. This is the last time we ever go to a BK anywhere!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars for service. The man that was working up front was very nice. All the other workers that were working the drive thru were extremely disrespectful. Talking shit about customers and their orders while people are sitting in their lobby and speaking so loudly we can clearly hear their entire conversation. Completely inappropriate, my family and I will NOT be back. After the experience today I think management has some replacing to do with their employees.
