“our first time here and oh my gosh the food was amazing I wanted the language dinner they had like what tacos they don't have Lego dinners but guess what Joel did our service said no problem we're just going to have to make you dinner the meat will be chopped in little squares cuz it's for tacos but is that okay for you I was like really you're going to have a dinner for me thank you so much and he got it with my sauce already my husband got his food and oh my gosh amazing come y'all come get some of this great amazing true authentic Mexican food located in lake station Indiana thank you guys our first time in Shirley will not be our last”

“Ok...my Aunt Barb insisted we come here after she'd had been here more than several times. Raving about how good everything was! No disappointments! Oh my! 5 of us, tasting everything...sharing IS caring. Happy tastbuds all around. Service terrific. Just opening the door you are greeted wirh the splendid aroma. We live out of town an hour and a half but...shall be back. Thank you so much!!”

“First time here. Ordered 1/2 lb. perch, clam strips and shrimp. Very fresh and good tasting. Perch breading has a welcome slight 'kick' to it, but does not overwhelm the perch flavor. Probably the best perch around, and at a reasonable price. The shrimp and clam strips were also very good. Will be back. Five Stars.”

“I really enjoy this dairy queen. i find its spot convenient and easily accessible. The only thing i would recommend to them is to build a wheel chair ramp. Thats pretty much it. I really like the ice cream and the service. Hope this helps :)”
