“This is the first review I have ever left and I feel it’s necessary because of the great service I have received! On 7/5 I went to get some Ice cream in the middle of heavy rain and doing so my truck was getting soaked. The lady at the window was really nice and handed me some napkins without even asking to wipe the water from my truck. I’ve been a lot of places all over the country in my life and not once have I been given something to keep my vehicle dry in the rain. Awesome service it’s the little things that make the biggest difference thanks again!!“
“Very good food, but what made our visit so special was Michael. He is so helpful and happy. His happiness is so contagious. We had just come in on a redeye flight. We were all (6 of us), tired and weary of traveling. His infectious happiness really lifted us up. He is a real asset to your store. I see why he has been chosen as employee of the month before. He was MORE than happy to get us anything we needed. eg. To go containers, forks, tarter sauce, napkins and so on. Kudos to management for giving this friendly guy the opportunity to shine. Good choice.“
“I have tried every place that has any kind of Boba in the area and Icy Bar is BY FAR the best. Their tea and flavors are really good and you can customize your drink. They have a huge menu with so many kinds of tea and fun seasonal flavors. They're always quick. This is the only place my friends and I will get Boba.“
“When you want ice cream, this is a great stop! They feature Premium Hershey's (not the "cheap" variety of Hershey's) and they had several dairy-free options. They also have very clear labels for gluten-free and other allergens right on the glass so it's easier to make choices!The staff were typical high school students, personable and efficient. The prices were lower than I was expecting, especially after I tasted the scoops - delicious!And grab yourself a color-changing spoon. Seriously. You'll thank me later & then want to take it home (we did! ).Overall a great experience. The only thing that would make it better is a couple of tables/chairs as all they really had to sit on was one long waiting area style bench. It was fine, and there's not much space for seating, so if it's busy this is definitely more of a "grab & go sit in your car" place than a sit-down-and-immediately-enjoy experience.“
“Fantastic Food and Customer ServiceEveryone could take a cue from this place. I visited about a month ago and when I walked in although there was a short line and the staff was busy, I was greeted with a smile and told that I'd be helped shortly. The staff was courteous, professional, friendly and fast with service all at the same time. They were all more than willing to answer any questions that I had, prepared the food in a timely fashion and really made my first experience one of the best I have ever had. This is a great place with a variety of treats for children and adults, and I can't wait to go back!“
“I have been going to Dairy Belle for close to 40 years. The location in Hammond on Calumet has been the majority of all experiences. Always great ice cream and service. We moved to Crown Point 3 years ago. It is the only spot I would go to for ice cream. They have a really cute diner look. I tried the pistachio flavor today. I would have rather gone with the family staple of twist with crunch. Always good though!“
“I love Dair-dip! There desserts are not only a nice treat after the beach or just a long day but it is also delicious. It is now a tradition that after we are done at the beach for the day that my family and I stop by Dair-dip for a refreshing icecream. I give it 5 stars because they may not have anything to fancy or out of the ordinary but it sure beats the long lines at other places and I have made some great memories there that I could never forget.“

“Great location! Staff are really nice! We got a cake for our friends birthday here and it was amazing! The only down side is they don’t have deep fryers so they have a limited menu but I love stopping by in the summer for ice cream. They have a few picnic tables to sit on outside and it’s a really nice area.“
“This place is always friendly! Always makes my food correctly! It's always warm and hot. Whenever I have my procedures done this place is right there after . So their employees are super patient and kind . This is my go to spot for my spouse and I! And they always bring the food to the table quickly ! Even when their super busy !! Love this place ! “Great location with great service & sales specials. This location has been offering the same special for months which is awesome! They offer 3 mystery items for $5!! I ALWAYS get good mystery items such as a blizzard, sundae & s shake! It's all frozen but so what? Just sit it out to defrost and/or put in microwave for 11 seconds on high. It softens it all up just enough!! Friendly service too!“
