I've been coming here for years and enjoy their food but for a couple of years it seemed like no one above the age of 12 work there. Our credits got backed up were never used we were supposed to be credited at least 10 times but we are not Petty and will pay for our food. I'm happy to say that yesterday the manager was very professional very understanding and went above and beyond for us and even refused to take a tip. Was once my go to place for Pizza/other Italian cuisine,..But lately a bit disappointed in Svc...3 out 4 of my last orders ( always picked up) were either not ready or in fact 2x's they didn't have or misplaced my order!! I've even had others tell me & complain of same..IDK why but someone needs to look into & resolve this issue . Pizza was tasty! Just wish there was more sauce cheese and ingredients in the folded crust. Other than that I would highly recommend and will return. Great customer service as well ?? I got an extra large with banana peppers, beef, and mushrooms. Totaled about $29 came with 2 liter.Kid-friendliness: They have a couple arcade games in lobby and snacks for sale. More of a waiting area, versus an eating area but still nice.
