If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived down the street from this Dunkin for over 2 years and I have NEVER gotten a correct order. Doesn’t matter if it’s simple or has modifications. They constantly give me regular milk after charging me for non-dairy alternatives (I always know, it literally makes me sick for the rest of the day), I have gotten a latte with no coffee in it at all, constantly served drip coffee when I’ve ordered a latte (no they are not the same, no it does not taste the same, yes the latte is more expensive), and even ordering refreshers has resulted in having to go back in for the wrong flavor or missing ingredients. Absolutely awful location.

I really love going into an establishment and being ignored. No one greets you and no one responds when spoken to. Very welcoming. I left empty handed.

I came here to get just three items (maple donut, breakfast scrambled bowl, and a bowl with just the hash,cheese, and bacon. I stood at the counter for my order to be taken and several people walked past without even greeting me or even telling me they’ll be with me! So, I decided to just order on the kiosk. I get my food and get all the way to my destination to give the bowl to someone and realized the one that was just bacon and cheese was made a breakfast scrambled!!!! When i went it they told me i rang it in wrong but heres proof that i didn’t they made it wrong! Im not going back because it just wasnt the experience i desire 👎🏽

I had the 6 dollar meal deal it was good didn't like the begeal the croissant is better the food was fresh if you like a quick breakfast go get you some

Three strikes and I'm done✌️. First time, hash browns were given to me undercooked. They were warm on the outside but frozen on the inside. I go in to get another order and she dropped them back in the grease. I told her to just give me a donut. I don't want extra greasy hash browns. Second time, I ordered a breakfast sandwich. After being 20 minutes away, as I'm driving and eating it, I realize half the sandwich was burned. I didn't notice because the good side was facing outward. Third time, I ordered 2 sandwiches and a hash brown. Was told to pull up to wait longer. Only noticed after I drove away that there were no hash browns in the bag. I'm done with this location. It shouldn't be this hard to do your job. I'm a grateful customer who just wants my money's worth.
