Every time I come when no manager is on shift the employees are messing around and the coffee taste like garbage! The Hispanic girl who works mornings is terrible and constantly messing up my order!

I always order through the dunkin app. My order usually always comes out correctly unless 1 certain employee is working. They seem to always forget a part of my order. Lately I haven't seen them so I haven't had any more issues.

This location has yet to get any of my orders right, and I've visited here several times. The location is convenient but that's about all it has going. I do not recommend this location at all, it is not up to the dunkin standard.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived down the street from this Dunkin for over 2 years and I have NEVER gotten a correct order. Doesn’t matter if it’s simple or has modifications. They constantly give me regular milk after charging me for non-dairy alternatives (I always know, it literally makes me sick for the rest of the day), I have gotten a latte with no coffee in it at all, constantly served drip coffee when I’ve ordered a latte (no they are not the same, no it does not taste the same, yes the latte is more expensive), and even ordering refreshers has resulted in having to go back in for the wrong flavor or missing ingredients. Absolutely awful location.

I really love going into an establishment and being ignored. No one greets you and no one responds when spoken to. Very welcoming. I left empty handed.
