Very disappointed, I normally order a few pizzas on Saturday for my guys from little Caesars because they are so close. They worked extra hard this week so I was willing to pop for something a little better. Ordered an extra large pepperoni and an extra large sausage. The pepperoni was so thin it was un detectable and couldn't even taste it . The chunk sausage pizza was light on meat also. At least 25 % of the slices did not have a spec of sausage. For $50 plus tip I will spend my money elsewhere. My guys deserve better. I felt like I let them down. They work so hard. Guess they will get steak next time to make up for this one.

Sloppy doughy uncooked center! Cheap ingredients! Rude people on the phone downright hostile! Save your money! Go to aurielos in portage! I wouldn't feed this Sloppy pie to my dogs. Hill Billy's will eat anything.

As someone who has been a repeat customer for over 15 years, id say I'm disappointed from the last 2 weeks from wrong order to pizza being burnt. Ordered pizza today specifically ask for light cook. Does this look light cook? No it looks normal cook maybe even a little dark. Not sure if its being done on purpose but this will be the last time i order from this jjs.

I have been coming to JJ's for about 15 years and only when we visit lake station usually at Christmas time what's so great about it is the people there and their pizzas it's one of the best I've ever tasted now what this time we ordered a supreme there was so much honor I don't see how they make any money but the first pizza 15 years ago I got to eat was at Christmas time and it was called the kitchen sink wonderful people I don't see why nobody goes anywhere else and I'm serious friendly people good food I just don't give it five stars I give it 10
Only down fall of JJ's is that it costs way too much

I have worked in Burns Harbor for 25+ years. We have always been loyal customers. This will stop as of today. We had a menu from 2021 where the prices went up considerably from 2018. That's understandable. Then we ordered again today and had another 25% increase in price. We paid 25$ for 20 naked wings, 41$ for extra large kitchen sink. To me one pizza and some wings for they guys was a but expensive at 70$

I had ordered. About $70 of food to get Home on, take out and I told him I had a coupon for 2 free orders of bread sticks and it was off of a ticket that was for football game for River Forest and say, start arguing with me, but they don't do that. They only do buy1
get 1free . And I tried to tell him that this was for last year and it didn't expire until 8 - 31 -24food and they just kept hawking on about they're not gonna do it. So I finally told cancel itor hung up.I will not.They did have good food but very bad manners.They lost to $70 order
