I don’t know when they started doing this, but apparently they are cutting their chicken into tiny pieces now. The Chicken portions used to be about the same size maybe a tiny bit smaller than the fish portions. Now they’re not even a third of the size. No crunchies in the boxes whatsoever. If I knew they didn’t include them I would have asked for some. Wish I could post a picture but no option to. I won’t be going to Long John Silvers again for a while.

Brings back memories from childhood- the BEST LJS's since 1985! They really got everything RIGHT. From the most amazing & fresh food, to the atmosphere. We could not have had a better experience due to how kind, thoughtful & overwhelmingly EXCELLENT this place is, like a storybook memory from long ago... Thank you!

It was later at night that I went and I didn't even know if they were open. I went through the drive-thru and they told me it would probably be about 10 to 15 minute wait and I said that's fine.... I only drink water so I didn't want anything to drink. The only option I had was to get a three-piece chicken meal not a two piece. For the sides I got waffle fries and corn. I think it came out to $12.99 maybe more and when I got home I saw how small the box was, it has been a while since I've gone. The chicken used to be huge pieces, not anymore....I mean the food was fresh as it should have been since I waited. I mean I like waffle fries but they could get a little too crispy, where did they become hard. I probably won't go back just because for the portion size and the price, plus the taste was ok, nothing special.

Neither of the employees said a word to me. They were servicing customers in the drive through line but therey're only two cars. At first I thought the one worker didn't see me because of the partition.
I moved over a bit. Now the lady that was taking the orders is in plain view. I wasn't acknowledged by either of them. No , hello or I'll be right with you. Nothing
Asked twice for tarter sauce, got home, NONE! Asked for extra hush puppies, got 2 half the size they should be. Pop was a full glass of ice, little pop.

Although these employees were extremely friendly, not common for fast food these days, I waited as the only person in the drive through for about 10 min. I wasn't upset, as I thought, "oh good fresh food!"
Once getting to my destination (about 5 min away) my food was luke warm and the waffle fries were cold.
