This is a hard one for me because I love Papa John’s. I ordered a pizza today to matter fact. And one of the was supposed to be half cheese and the other half pepperoni and jalapeño. Whe th pizza came n we opened it it had jalapeño on the whole thing the reason I got half cheese was cause my grandson is a picky eater. I called the restaurant spoke to an employee who was very nice then to a manager who got on the phone and right away corrected the wrong for me and said she was gonna redo the pizza and send me out another one so I’m pretty sure she checked the order on the computer through the app that I sent The order in through and said she was gonna make another one and send it out to me. I thanked her so much and hung up the phone. Five minutes later I get a call from a different employee that is arguing with me that I ordered a pizza with jalapeño on the whole thing I went back into the app and I told her that I read the order off the app that I placed and it said what I ordered in a pizza I got is wrong so I told her don’t worry about it don’t make it I’ll no longer order pizza from them. I was trying to add a photo of the pizza which I still have and the order on the app details and it will not let me

I called to order a pizza and was suddenly spoken down to with foul and hostile threatening language. I froze and thought the worker "Deardra" was in a confrontation with a coworker. I said "hello?" and was met with the same foul language and threatening tone which was shocking. I asked if she was talking to me? She blew up again and I went there to confront her and to speak to the owner. The whole crew was very ... uncivilized. the started throwing up their hands in a strange manner and when I said I wanted to speak to the owner they called the cops and gave a fake report. Lake station PD showed up and I showed them the footage that they crew lied and it was a civil matter. The police put a trespassing order on mW and said I could never go back and let them go free. I reported it to Papa John's corporate who then handed all of my personal information and my wife's yo the store. They pit up fake adult ads of my wife with my email and phone number. we were harassed for years.

I decided to order carry out from this restaurant when I arrive. It looked like nobody was there, and I went around to the drive-through push the button and nobody came in the window. Then I proceeded it came inside, and there was a lady standing there. She looked as if she was confused why I was there. I told her that I was coming to pick up Order and I already placed. She’s very nonchalant and seems as if she really didn’t me want to come there. Customer service is important factor to any business the food was ok but the rep pushed my business away

they let me walk the window told them I'm a trucker and wouldn't take my order when I was write at the window very annoyed walked form road ranger
I didn't get my complete order of Two Buffalo wing make me pay for one to get another free it didn't go in system fail i sure i didn't pay for it needs improve service

Very disappointed with my order. Pizza was so under baked, dough was raw, had to bake it more myself. Can’t believe they let a pizza go out the door like that. Never ordering from here again!
