Always a great experience, friendly workers and great food. I always get the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickle and mashed potatoes. Workers are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it gets really busy but the staff does a great job.

I ordered a 3 piece meal here and when I got it the chicken was very dry and cold I took it back up to the counter and ask for some fresh cooked chicken because this had been setting back there a while she said it would be 10 minutes. I said OK I went back and had a seat after 20 minutes. I got up and went back up there and asked her if she had it she said yes, she proceeded to get me the chicken and one of the men cooking pointed at a piece of chicken and said give him this one soI wound up throwing this meal in the trash when I first asked for some fresh chicken all of them appeared to get mad and all I was wanting was a decent meal so thanks for nothing Popeyes

21 hungry people. 3 people working. Lady had to stop taking orders thats how busy it got. Stop making money is crazy. Corporate america be tripping. 30min wait. Order was correct and good. Prices are higher too. Blackened ranch is weak. Mardi was good! Went at 7pm on a thursday. I think hrs 9-9/10.

The wait was long there was a very sweet pregnant African American girl who helped me with my order very good. There was a young white girl with glasses very bubbly and sweet. The manager was a black lady with hair in a ponytail she fussed at the white young lady in front of everyone which was unprofessional about making a racist comment. The manager was terrible and ghetto and these two workers are amazing I will NEVER come back to the Lake Station location this happened in 02-25-24 @ 330pm. Service was slow but those two girls were a pleasure!!! That manager is awful

This is at a truck stop and though they had signs that said 5 minutes parking for Popeye's, it took longer than that to place an order and about 40 minutes to get my food.Also, I know things are expensive, but it cost me over 40 dollars for 12 pieces of chicken and 2 large sides .Thirdly, the red beans and rice(which was the MAIN reason I went there, was not the same as usual and seemed almost soupy.Wheelchair accessibility: Only 1 handicap spot and about 4 others for cars. Handicap spot was straight in, and others were diagonal, causing be handicap spot to often be blocked by other vehicles.
