If I could give it negative stars I would! The road ranger is just as bad dirty and horrible workers are extremely rude!! Never will I ever go there again!!! To the subway or the road ranger!!!

Ordered online & unfortunately this was the Subway that was closest to me… because I have always thought this location was dirty! I was sent the incorrect sub. It was for a child & was to be plain but had everything on it. I called to inform the manager that I received the wrong order. She was so rude, short, & didn’t hold any responsibility & blamed it on the delivering company (Doordash). I wasn’t going to argue with ignorance & definitely wasn’t having her re-make it after the attitude I got. Yea my gut was right. Terrible service

I ordered 2 basic sandwhiches from this subway and the bread was all crumbled up off the sandwhich. unorganized after the deivery and im so upset. Not once has subway did me wrong probably cause i go to the willowcreek one but Ripley? From lake station? Takes one delivery and I already will never order again from you guys.
