I ordered 2 basic sandwhiches from this subway and the bread was all crumbled up off the sandwhich. unorganized after the deivery and im so upset. Not once has subway did me wrong probably cause i go to the willowcreek one but Ripley? From lake station? Takes one delivery and I already will never order again from you guys.

Ordered online & unfortunately this was the Subway that was closest to me… because I have always thought this location was dirty! I was sent the incorrect sub. It was for a child & was to be plain but had everything on it. I called to inform the manager that I received the wrong order. She was so rude, short, & didn’t hold any responsibility & blamed it on the delivering company (Doordash). I wasn’t going to argue with ignorance & definitely wasn’t having her re-make it after the attitude I got. Yea my gut was right. Terrible service

They lady behind the subway was not nice.I stood back and eatched how she dealt with customers. Very rude! I bought something in RR and was gping to get a subway but changed my mind when I seen her service.

The service was incredibly slow and we were never able to make an order despite only two people in line ahead of us. This was fortunate as we could see flies landing on the sandwich toppings and the bread as the cabinet was hanging open. Thankfully there were other dining options just up the road.

Ordered two sandwiches and a salad through the app last night. Said it would be done by 7:10. Got there and I was told it would be a wait, which i get happens. They were extremly short staffed so I waited patiently. No big deal, I understand. At 7:40, almost a hour after my order i recieved my food. I asked for extra mayo on my sandwhich, which ended up having no mayo. And today I go to eat my salad for lunch at work, and there was mayonnaise on it. :( Pretty disappointing that my lunch was ruined.
The sandwiches were excellent. We were told you need more help, so I hope you find more help like our excellent server.

Sandwich was good but I also ordered some cookies. I understand if they forgot to put the cookies in there but they took a handful of napkins and made it seem like there were cookies in the bag but when I opened it up it was hand full of napkins. Not happy
